I had a fine experience booking a flight, but double-checked online afterwards and found a better deal departing from an airport I had failed to specify originally as an option. I called my agent Salvator with this information and he was gracious, patient, and effective in helping me to re-book. In the process he found me and even faster, cheaper, and more convenient flight than the one I had called back about. Overall an extremely good experience.

I usually don't write reviews but these guys screwed me over so bad I wanna make sure no one else goes through this. I bought 8 tickets for Mexico which they messed up on the return dates. I take little blame I should of checked right away but couple days later when I did, I called them right away. The person that booked my tickets Bonita said " oh no problem, we can get this issues fixed right away, let me put you on hold". And that was the last time I heard from her. She started ignoring my calls. I probably called her over 40 times. No one else was willing to help me out as they said I need to talk to the agent booked my, or they would put me on a long hold then hang up. I paid $75 on each tickets for travel insurance so if I need to make any changes I could. After trying to get my return dates changed for 3 weeks I gave up and just purchased new tickets. Stay away from these guys and don't buy insurance it doesn't mean anything. You can't ask for a refund or make changes to your ticket unless your dead
