The Travel Agent(Hampton) promised me a free one night hotel reservation in Montreal during our conversation, if I book my flight tickets with him. I paid for my flights tickets and Hampton was compelling me to give him a tip and also pay for Travel Care Services (which is optional). After booking my flights, Hampton comes back to me to say he cannot give me a free one night hotel reservation because I did not opt for travel care services. Meanwhile, Hampton never told me during our discussion that paying for travel care services was a condition to getting a free one night hotel reservation. Why is he so deceitful? I have not yet received my hotel reservation. Find below my email to him.

I have spoken to agent Hart previously & have actually paid for a roundtrip ticket Tampa to Manila but it stated 2 stop overs only for me to find out there were actually 3 after I paid for the tickets. I called to reverse the charges within an hour & the experience was not pleasant. This one with Ceballius was exactly the opposite & I would highly recommend him to all my friends & family. In May 2022, I ordered tickets from Chicago-Zagreb-Chicago for one person, and for another person I ordered Zagreb-Chicago and paid $ 873.92 for the first person and $ 618.82 for the second person. With both tickets, I ordered the Premium option (paid over $ 250 for each).
Due to the Corona situation we could not travel, so I called 24 hours before and said I could not travel, and I wanted to cancel the tickets and get my money back. However the Agent told me that I had not arrived on time for the information (I mean the terminal? Or) and that he could not cancel the tickets, and I had to put on hold both tickets.
After a few weeks, I called and said to do a re-bucking and that I need extra tickets, one from St. Louis-Chicago-St Louis and the other from Chicago-St Louis, because on the way back I brought my 80-year-old mom.
The agent changed my Chicago-Zagreb-Chicago ticket and I had to pay another $ 1370. 75 which I had already paid a couple of weeks ago $ 873.92.
For the second person I also changed the Zagreb-Chicago ticket and I had to pay another $ 239.25 which I paid a couple of weeks ago $ 618.82.
The agent said that if I did not pay the already lose on my already purchased tickets, the tickets would fail, and I paid a premium package for all the tickets.
When we left Chicago for Istanbul, the plane was 2 hours late, we were late for Istanbul for the flight to Zagreb, because the Turkish Airplane was late, no one called from the agent to help us and we had to wait more than 12 hours at the airport until the next flight to Zagreb.
When we were returning to Chicago from Istanbul, again the plane was 3 hours late to Chicago. And again we failed the plane to St Louis, no one called us. When I called the Agent, she told me they didn't have a ticket but only two days to re-book.
Two days to sit two people at an airport in Chicago, one person 80 years old. And there is another option, if I pay an extra $ 130 per person they would make a ticket from another company.
Is it possible!
Service is for 0, not for one old.

I recently discovered that this agency had so many complaints after my really bad experience with them. Our flight was from Toronto to Manila on May 5th. We're currently here in the Philippines. We were suppose to fly back to Toronto on June 15th but unfortunately, the embassy took too long to respond and I do not have my travel document yet so I can not return to Canada yet. I was so relieved initially thinking I can just easily rebook the ticket because I purchased the ticket protection but this is where the nightmare started. I have been getting the run around since the first time I called them, this was more than a week before my flight. At first, they told me that all the flights are cancelled so there's no way they can rebook it, the second agent told me the only available flights are business class and I just have to pay extra $1000 per person but said she'll email me with the quote. (there was no email that came from her) I called again and I was told someone from the higher department is already looking at it and they can not do anything with my case. I probably spoke to 10 agents, escalations hanged up on me twice after being on hold for an hour. If I didn't beg for the last agent to just give me a straight answer, I will still be wasting my time right now. He told me all the flights are cancelled and the only flight they can find is going to cost me $6000CAD!
It was really frustrating and I was even crying at some point because if they have told me sooner, I could have booked a ticket right away from a different airline and maybe the price will still be cheaper. Now, I purchased two one way tickets to Toronto for another $4000. I am so mad I want to sue them.
Add: I called Air Canada who is the carrier for my original flight and you know what they told me? My ticket is not even rebookable. There is no way I can rebook it so I know ASAP just scammed me. ASAP tickets did not even offer any solution for me. Even a voucher they said is subject to approval. There are so many reliable ticketing agencies, please do not become a victim of this garbage company. Do your due diligence and research thoroughly, go to to facebook too. It looks like most of their review on trustpilot are fake.

I paid an extra $100 for plane tickets so that I could cancel them, but when I did cancel, they never gave me my money back. Later, I asked them to put the money I had paid towards a new plane ticket, and they said they would email me the voucher within 10 minutes, but the voucher never came. They are thieves.
