This is the WORST travel agency out there. Do not buy tickets. You will regret the process. It took me a whole week on the phone everyday with them to fix a mistake that they made so I do not have to pay a fee and in the end they charged me a fee for THEIR mistake. They do not care about customer satisfaction and they only care about making extra money off of you.

It was an excellent experience as the the agent is very kind and cooperative in selecting the flight and answered my questions to my utmost satisfaction. Although the price is not as great as I was expected as I need a flight with less layover and less stops.
