I brought a ticket from agent called Jane of AsapTickets and I took an insurance in case they missed the flight.On getting to the airport for the flight, they said at the airport without Covid-19's vaccination card, so I called AsapTickets customer care and talk to Mr Timothy, he assumed me that he has canceled the flight and I should called back to reschedule, I started calling AsapTickets agents to reschedule and called for over thirty calls before they agreed to reschedule the same flight for $813. Jane I got the tickets from wipe every detail out of the system, this is sign of frauds.Not knowing I've sent the tickets details to my family. After over thirty calls, a member of the customer care agent now collected $813 plus $5 appreciation total $818.
Please don't buy tickets from them, if you've problems, you're on your own. AsapTickets is a scam and fraudulent in their business dealing. E. Omere

I bought a ticket from asap tickets for me and my baby (infant), going from Accra, Ghana to San Salvador, for an important event, but i could not travel as I was diagnosed with covid, now as per the travel care service plan that I bought and paid extra money for it, I was supposed to get a refund incase of any mishap like this.
But the company says that, the refund is not possible, the sole purpose of buying the travel care plan is to make sure that a person is protected in a situation like this, they expect me to travel with a covid positive situation?, risking life of others? Aren't they aware of the fact that, this disease lead to a global pandemic?
I did not travel and informed them well in advance about the cancellation and my situation, yet it's a task to just hear back from them for updates? It feels like I am begging for my own money?
I have sent them all the medical documents, certificates, covid test results also.
Is that how you give customer support to your customer? By leaving them out alone when they need you the most.
I want my money back, I've decided to post this on all social media networks and review pages and will take this case to a lawyer now and take serious legal action against this company.
And will talk to my bank also about this issue.

I had a bad experience in both customer service and with the ASAP tickets company policies.
I had purchased a round trip ticket from vancouver to delhi and on top that, purchased a Travel protection from them, which means for any situations or unforseen circumstances before the travel we can either cancel the ticket or change the schedule departure and other protection too as per the policy.
After few months I need to reschedule the dates and change the on arrival departure airport to cochin international airport due to my personal situation with an additional fare as per new the date.
They are saying rerouting to cochin international is not possible. But when I checked thier travel protection terms, rerouting terms its not at all mentioned in the clause and said the same to them.
They are not at all understanding and as a result I can't exchange my tickets and have to get down in the same airport which I initially booked. Not sure why I taken Travel protection from them.
The customer service team of ASAP Tickets according to me is not responding properly and tone and attitude is worst! Everytime the are transferring the calls with 4 -5 customer service representatives and even longg waiting times. Totally frustated!
Defintely not recommend to anyone!

I'm a regular customer with ASAP tickets, but in December 2021 I purchased a united Airline ticket to Jordan from DC round trip, the Agent didn't tell me that it's one bag, I was flexible with the dates and open to a one stop trip, but he insisted that united Airline have the best deal.
Again he didn't tell me about the bag Policey, thank good I knew before going to the airport and contact united airline, they told me I have to contact ASAP to buy extra bags or upgrade to premium, ASAP didn't do anything until now, I called 10 times every time they say some one will call you, no one do.
My flight is 4 days from today, and no one calls, very sad for there services.

Booked a flight from this site for 6 passengers at over 3k each per person for a two way ticket, less than a week before our flight we receive an email stating that we will now have a LAYOVER that will add several hours to our flight, we contacted this company for clarification regarding the lay over but the person we spoke with cannot even tell us a. Simple detail if we have to disembark from the plane or stay and other minor details, we reiterated that we paid a lot of money so that we will have a direct flight otherwise we would have booked with another travel company with MUCH CHEAPER airfare and better client service, the guy we spoke with sarcastically said we can refuse that booking and wait for another flight but he CANNOT giveus any assurance that we can fly the same day. Our family suffered a severely traumatizing experience experience in Vancouver Airport that is why we avoid it but now we are FORCED to go there and relive that experience with no help whatsoever from ASAP tickets. I will let everybody I know about this so people will know how ASAP just take your money then abandon you.

Buyer beware! I am not usually one to complain but in this case I hope this review will make people think again about using ASAP tickets to plan a vacation. It all started when my mom wanted to gift my daughter with a trip to France. With COVID starting to lift, her and her husband were so excited to share some time with her. When scheduling her flights, she stated she went through this place called ASAP tickets and that she needed my daughters info right away and that she had to get back with them within an hour to keep the best price. When scheduling the flight they stated that it was non refundable however if they bought insurance, it would protect them and they would be refunded. She even paid a concierge a very generous tip. Well about month and a 1/2 before the trip, my mom got in a serious accident and fell. She broke her hip badly and there was no way she was going to be able to make it. I took her phone from her and emailed ASAP tickets while we were at the hospital so that I could talk to someone about their reservations. We did it the same night she was in the hospital and gave ASAP tickets a heads up that this had happened. We attached a Drs note saying that she broke her hip and would not be able to do the trip. Because she was in the hospital, I kept calling on her behalf. I called at least 3 times and was on hold each time for over an hour. Never got any kind of resolution and even was disconnected during some of the calls and had to call back and start all over explaining what was going on. I tried to call Aer Lingus and let them know what happened but they won't even talk to me because she didn't go directly through the airline. My mom after getting out of the hospital and starting her rehab decided it was best to try and call herself to get things resolved. I asked my mom the other day if anything was resolved yet and she told me that she was working with someone at ASAP tickets but that every time she thinks things will be resolved and get a call back in which she is told a supervisor will call back, no one calls. My poor mom is now out over $3,000.00. I have been so frustrated with the outcome and non resolution. My poor mom was promised that these non refundable tickets would be refundable as long as she bought the insurance. I call this terrible customer service. If there was a BBB that I could report this company to I would. I give this company an F for customer service. I am so angry that nothing has been done. If you hear of anyone using this company, please let them know. PLEASE!
