The agent lied that Japan Airlines has no one stop flight going to the Phils. I accepted and paid 2 stop flight and when I found out from other agencies that there was but ASAP refused to change the ticket. They said that they will find out from Travel care I bought from them for $160 and from the airline but never heard from her since. The price from other agencies are $1k lower them and sent screenshots to ASAP. I didn't know that my agent's office is in the Phils so I can't have urgent calls due to time difference. I was passed on to 6 different agents from all over the world who all work from home seeking customer service but they cannot provide any. They said it's only my agent who could assist but nowhere to find. They didn't even provide corporate office or any managers who can help. It was a traumatic experience. They said that entry requirements and documents needed to enter in the Philippines are the customer's responsibilities. So what do I need the travel agency for? Does ASAP conforms with travel agency compliance? They get good reviews because they send survey right after the booking but once you paid the ticket and you had a problem, you're on your own. It's going to be your worst nightmare. I have proof for Mr Alex Weinstein's reference on how his employees operate in writing (via emails). I recommend for all travelers not to use this agency. I even called their office in San Francisco and the gentleman I spoke to hang up on me because I wanted to make an appointment so this issue can be resolved by showing them 23 pages of emails plus emails I sent to my travel agent.

Booked international flights for my parents in law and because all international flights I've seen so far, even economy, have 2 checked in baggages free but the agent that helped me booked me for just one free. Said it was indicated in the authorization i signed but i am sure i did not see that detail expanded. I was to confirm details of the passengers, enter my payment information and that's it.
Tried to call my agent on the day she said to contact me but she no longer answers my calls and emails. Contacted customer service (which i didnt know that it was) and Francis said he'll transfer the flag to customer service who will be contacting me to resolve the issue. Called the same number found out it was CS and no record of escalation. Person i spoke with insisted that because i did not ask my agent if about the baggages, they are not at fault! Spoke with 5 different agents and all of them just hung up on me.
Boycott asap tickets! Just search for cheap flights and you'll get better deals. Do it yourself!
Now i know why my company decided to withdraw having CS in the Philippines. They don' t know what their title means!
