I was asking for quotes earlier today for a trip that I was planning and this agent was forcing me to buy the ticket right away. When I told him just to send me quotes, he was asking me why I'm not buying and was very insistent I buy it right away from him. He was very rude and forceful. I'm not sure if all the agents are like this but please definitely be careful in dealing with them!

Very unprofessional, unethical company. Wrong information given. Every time we have to explain the problem to each agent. My parents went through hell due to their mistake and miscommunication. In spite of multiple escalations, the company did not act. There is even no proper response. Very very dissatisfied with their service. They even cut the call to avoid responding. Such a bad company and employees.
