I booked a ticket with an extra warranty to be able to change the dates.
It took 6 calls, some of them over 90 minutes, 2 of them hung up during the call and they charged me again lying about the warranty they had promised me.
Be warry, every agent says a different rule and they don't accept what has been said before.
