They are thieves. Please please save your money and book somewhere trustworthy. They are quick to take your money but slow to assist you in changes. I paid for travel insurance and idk for what when my mother passed away the airline state I was entitled to full refund. Here I am after 3 months still haven't received refund. The agency hangs calls, gives me the run around and completely complicated & stressful I hate this company and will never go through travel agent again. Horrible horrible

Roland was exceptional with his customer service skills. He was very kind, polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, very patient, courteous, perservering, helping without ceasing trying to research every possible avenue to help the customer reach a decision and did I mention extremely patient without fault with the most difficult customer, myself. We book travels using Asap travels charge us $6225 to cebu. The airline canceled our flights. So we had to buy another set of tickets. ASAP charge us additional $7000 plus. It's been 3 months and still haven't got a refund because they said they have to get paid first by the airline. Now to top it off. They said we are not getting a full refund. We are only getting $4500 back because of cancelation charges. This travel agency is a Scam! I will make sure they get reported here in the U S. With the attorney general. If your smart don't used Asap travels and call the airline directly.
