I booked flight with them in January, 2022. I had to cancel the flight due to increase in covid cases. My flight was with with Westjet. Westjet had 100% credit policy with no reason required for cancelling and rebook within 2 yrs. Asap charged me more than Westjet plus they only gave option to exchange for 1 year after about 50 phone calls with them. Now, when I am trying to rebook with them, they are saying they can't use the exchange credit. I have email from them saying that I have excahnge credit but they are not honouring that. NEVER BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I purchased a mutli-city trip ticket, with Travel Care Service. The Travel Care Service was supposed to enable me to make changes to the flight with no penalty. However, when I needed this service, there was no help offered. I emailed, called and it took two days for a response, then I was told they could not help me. I spent an additional $1200 for nothing. The reps tend to work odd hours, so I would receive calls as late as midnight regarding ticket prices. They say that they guarantee lowest prices, and that if there are lower prices available, they will change your tickets, but this is not the case.

I am very unhappy with asap tickets customer service is terrible. I paid extra for exchangeable ticket because I was not sure of the return date. I got run around for 1 week with various stories and they kept putting me off. Finally I got a call from customer service person jetline who Finally said she could exchange the return flight but the additional cost of $690. She sent me a link for me to pay and I paid the $690. Then I got email with confirmation number of WLRKBW and it said e ticket will follow. After not getting an e ticket I sent email asking where is the e ticket and then I got email saying that the ticket has gone up $330 or I could go a different date for $690.
I think asap is a scam company only trying to get more and more money. This is the last time I will use asap tickets and for sure I will let others know about this situation.

Round ticket was ordered and payed in Jan today 8/12 ASAP wants me to accept refund because they don't want to provide me a flight back to USA from Hungary Debrecen.
