I booked a flight through ASAP with American Airlines and they quoted me a price which was $700 above the original ticket price which I verified on the AA website with my booking number. When I requested a full receipt with the breakdown of costs I was completely ignored. The agent Yanis was completely unprofessional and after talking with me about taking drugs, proceeded to completely ignore me when I needed help with changing my outgoing flight plans. STAY AWAY!

We booked our flight in with ANA and UA with asap, SFO to MNL, that time, passenger need to have 48 hours Negative PCR results which my othe half didnt come out until boarding, despite we were in the aiport. We were told to call our agent since we book through 3rd party ASAP and they ANA, cannot able to do anything. Months after we were calling them to re book the flights, We were shock to know that the booking prioce is more expensive than the amount we originally purchased the ticket due to, rebooking fees, penalty that they were saying. Its look like they intended to overprice the amount for you ypu to porfit the ticket. I would recomended this ticketing agency.
