I booked a flexible ticket a year ago and due to some circumstance I had to cancel the ticket. I did not get my refund back still. I paid almost 2500 dollars and still I have not got my money back. Agents respond to us only until we buy the ticket. For other assistance they don't reply to us at the earliest.

The agent is patient, respectful, and knowledgeable with me over the phone. He found me a good deal for my airfare to the Philippines.
This travel agent is scam and thieves. They buy cheap airlines tickets that are not guarantee and sell to people for double prices. They charge extra money for protection plan but never help when the airlines cancel your flight. Please do not use this agent.

I had some flexibility in my schuled travel plans where price and experiences were both very important. Zemora, my agent, laid out 6 different pricing and trip options in detail for me that all fell within the wide parameters that i laid out for her! She was kind and extremely helpful and worked very hard to see that i was pleased with all of my options and we chose the one that best fit my needs and all cheaper than I found anywhere else! I will definitely be using ASAP again for my next major trip. Would recommend to anyone.

I booked a flight through ASAP with American Airlines and they quoted me a price which was $700 above the original ticket price which I verified on the AA website with my booking number. When I requested a full receipt with the breakdown of costs I was completely ignored. The agent Yanis was completely unprofessional and after talking with me about taking drugs, proceeded to completely ignore me when I needed help with changing my outgoing flight plans. STAY AWAY!
