We monitor reviews for authenticity
After being victimized by them last 2020, and fought for my refund for 1 yr, until now, they are still victimizing people. Pls check facebook group ASAPtickets scam, many are still being victimized for thousands of dollars. Do not book with them. Got my refund after 1 yr but with penalties and charges although the cancellation was the airlines decision.
They let you buy tickets knowing that the flight is not flying and then charge you service fee when you ask for refund.
Horrible service, all they care about is taking money from you. Customer satisfaction is at low priority.
In short I call them white collar thieves.

He booked me a flight for my brother which required a transit visa even tho I informed him that i don't have time to acquire transit visa. He made sure that this flight would not need a transit visa. He mentioned that he has confirmed with his supervisor and did his reasearch before booking the flight. That wasn't the case unfortunately. They did not let my brother board the flight at Delhi airport and said that he would need a transit visa if you travel through Europe countries. Now my brother had to wait for more than 24 hours at the airport and i had to book the next flight by paying a price difference of $1000 dollars. He wasted my time and money. If you don't have knowlege of what you are doing then don't do it. I am very frustrated and annoyed really with his service. He was very eager to book the flight without even confirming the proper details. Would never book tickets with them again. Worst experience ever.

These guys booked me an international ticket from Point A to Point B via Point C. But when I checked in at airport in San Francisco Delta Airlines, they said my ticket from SFO to destination is not ONE single itinerary - it is 2 itineraries. With the break at the intermediate stop. But the intermediate stop (Point C) was not in US and not in the destination country! That means, I had to collect clear customs in the intermediate stop, collect my luggage and then recheck that at the intermediate stop! Delta Airlines said this Travel agency booked it incorrectly. But ASAPTickets - being the scammers they are - said it was airlines fault. I kept telling them that Airlines gets to decide who is right and who is wrong - thats the it works because they are checking me in. But this agency refused. I tend to believe Delta Airlines because they patiently showed me all the details on their system. THIS TRAVEL AGENCY employs the WORST and CRAPPIEST people they can find - because I am sure they are cheap. What a scam this company is!
