We went back and forth with my bank to lift the block. Alister never got angry, frustrated or irritable. It was a honor meeting such a man who takes his job serious investing in the customer. This is by far the worst customer service you will ever receive. They will seem to bend over backwards to get you the ticket, but that is where it ends. They make you purchase their insurance and state it is "Mandatory". This is there little scam so they can get the commission. Even after I purchased insurance and had to make a change they stated its a $250 fee, when they stated if you purchase ins coverage there is no charge. Then just try and get someone one the phone, agents will just take your info and say that someone will call or email you and guess what, they NEVER do. I've called over 2 dozen times with same story. Now its just a chargeback dispute with credit card. SCAM SCAM SCAM! STAY AWAY

The worst! First induced us to buy Air tickets by offering competitive price and after acknowledging the payment and assuring the issuance of the eTickets, refused to issue the tickets on the ground the seats were not available and asked to submit fresh booking form at much high price knowing fully well about the flexibility in dates! Above more, vanishing of the dealing agent from the scene and non-availability of any help from the Customer Care Help, thus leaving the customer in a lurch, was highly disappointing and troublesome experience! We have lost total confidence in the online booking Company and their Agents!

I try to rebook and changed my ticket and the agent states theres only a fare difference in which I don't mind. Later on they try to charged me $250 plus penalty from the airlines $350 and then fare difference! My travel protection plan was useless. I even forwarded them the documents from the military mission and death certificate of my grandma! 3 weeks I've been tryin to take care to change my ticket and they keep forwarding me or what they so called escalate my case to upper echelons! But the same bs all over again! It's like a broken record! I need to explain myself from the beginning! It's so frustrating! Guys save your money! Get a better agency! The worst ever! They need to do better job! The sales agent are bunch of bs just try to make u sale the ticket!

After being victimized by them last 2020, and fought for my refund for 1 yr, until now, they are still victimizing people. Pls check facebook group ASAPtickets scam, many are still being victimized for thousands of dollars. Do not book with them. Got my refund after 1 yr but with penalties and charges although the cancellation was the airlines decision.

They let you buy tickets knowing that the flight is not flying and then charge you service fee when you ask for refund.
Horrible service, all they care about is taking money from you. Customer satisfaction is at low priority.
In short I call them white collar thieves.
