I've used travel agents in the past I've been traveling for the past 33 years and this agent Pepito was the best I've ever had he was very patient, pleasant helpful and accommodating. I didn't mind waiting for him to select the perfect flights which accommodated me and my friend 100%. Pepito deserves 5 STARS. Alister went above and beyond to help secure my tickets. My bank put a block on my debit card because they thought that it was fraud due to the cost of the flight. We went back and forth with my bank to lift the block. Alister never got angry, frustrated or irritable. It was a honor meeting such a man who takes his job serious investing in the customer.
