Buyer beware we booked flights with ASAP tickets with a live agent for June 2nd SFO to Athens and our connection flight was cancelled. We have been going back an forth by e-mail getting nowhere with their customer service team. With all the problems flying these days you should book directly with an airline. 12 people out of SFO had flights cancelled and we were left abandoned in Zurich trying to get to Athens without any means to get a new flight. It was pretty scary sitting on hold for 5 hours with United Airlines to finally get a connecting flight. Many of the 12 who booked direct were able to get a flight out same day but others like us had to wait in an airport without any options but sit on hold hoping to get through to a live customer service person. We saw people buy tickets out of pocket because they couldn't get thru to anyone and can only imagine what they are going thru now for reimbursement. It was the worst travel experience we've had and I since this is still dragging out I'm not buying any new flights overseas. From a former travel lover waiting it out.
