My 83 year old mother booked a flight for the 15th of December for $500. When we realized it need to be the 14th they tried to charge us another $500 for the change. That is highway robbery and unethical. Basically they tried to keep the $500 for the first fare and tried to charge her for a new ticket. That is just down right WRONG and crooked!

ASAP overall is a Scam. I bought 8 Tickets and had 6 of them added so called protection. Weeks passed before my departure and here comes changes to my Ticket. When I called ASAP, they did not offer a good alternative in which they advertised on the Ticket protection. Finally i requested a refund but they refused to refund the Protection Money( which they did not provide). You don't need them, call the Airline Directly and book your ticket there, also use Credit Card, as the Bank are not good at fighting such a Scammers.

I am getting run around by this company not to book my ticket. I had ticket booked for the month of November but for unexpected reason I had to change it for December. I had paid additional amount to buy the insurance just in case if I had to change my dates. After I approached to get my tickets date change the answer was they will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Called them back to find the status on my ticket and now they are giving me run around. They are not willing to book my ticket for the same airline. For last few hours they are telling me they are looking for availability so I checked Delta airline and told them tickets are available for such an such price. Bottom line is I was bent upon to ask for their help so I could go on the same flight my wife is going but I don't think that will happen.

To all who read this review, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET with this agency. They seem very professional and very nice at first but once you run into trouble with an airline-THEY'RE NOT ONLY NO HELP BUT THEY ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE EVER! We had an issue with American Airlines about boarding and we never got to board. It was AA fault because they had insisted that Korea needed a visa for our transit stay which is not true because I have 2 emails from Korean Consulate that it is not needed at all. So we asked the agency to fight for a 100% refund of our $7700 tickets. All they do is pass us from one person to another and now it's going on 2 months waiting for them to let us know their progress. Yes they have updated us on progress- but if you call their typical email saying that they're working on the refund as progress (several emails with close to this type of wording), then they need to make sure they understand what that word means. PLEASE ALL BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET WITH THEM! They don't even document our complaint or our issue and so you have to repeat your explanation over and over again. Most of the agents don't even know their protocols- they're either passing me in to customer service or escalating services. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. SO PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR MONEY THT YOU WORKED HARD FOR, on buying a ticket for this agency. YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET IT!

It was my great mistake I choose ASHAP Ticket. When I buy ticket agent assured me as if I buy protect plan, ticket can be easily cancel or change date without any hassle. Now when I need to change date I got quote 60 percent penalty charge. Agent Hide every thing that I need to know before purchase. Now I am trapped in a big trouble and wondering to see that how this case will end... After while if I gate good or bad update I will review again and again. I will post evidence papers next time.
