So here's my experience with ASAP. I decided to call them and work with an agent for a first time, as I usually find the tickets myself.
I was working with Zoro.
I explained what I was looking for and what I needed. I told him the most important thing for me is to have a luggage included in the price, as I was flying from USA to Europe and I had a big suitcase. This is where it gets interesting. Zoro found me a roudway ticket with 2 different airlines and confirmed that I had everything included in the price he gave me.
I was very happy and I even tipped him good. I bought my ticket in the begining of April, and my flight was for August 8th.
I tried to check-in online the morning of my departure and the system told me I have to pay an extra fee of $75 for my suitcase, which I was very suprised by, since I thought I had that included already. So I called ASAP and I was looking to speak with my agent. They told me he quit, so I got to talk to another person. I explained what happened and I wanted them to do something about it, as I was being lied to and I just found out right before my flight. THEN this other agent ALSO confirmed I had my luggage included in the price I paid and he told me that the $75 is for an extra big luggage. I was on the phone with him for almost an hour.
I went straight to the airport to get my bags checked in and they told me I actually DO NOT have my luggage included, so I have to pay both ways $75 fee. Since I did not have a choice then - I did!
I REALLY hope I will be reimbursed for the money I spent for something I was reassured and yet LIED to that I have for the price I paid.
I will never work with those people again. + They barely speak any English! I am beyond dissapointed!

I missed a flight last year because I got COVID-19. Asaptickets.com wanted proof of this and I qualified for an exchange ticket. This exchange ticket is not a fair exchange. I paid $3300 for my ticket. I should be compensated the right way. Charging me all theses fees is not right. I was very sick with COVID-19 and all I can think about is getting better. Asaptickets.com took my money an will not compensate me the right way. I am not happy.

My father-in-law didn't get his baggage on Sept 10,2022 at YEG airport. Trying to contact the customer service of the said "TRAVEL CARE SERVICE" which I purchased extra hoping that It will protect the passenger in case like this. But unfortunately I can't contact the customer service. That is why they told me that they can't compensate anything for the mishandled baggage because I didn't contact them w/in 24hrs.
NEVER EVER BOOKED TO ASAP AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BUYING TRAVEL CARE SERVICE.
