The first tickets that i was offered were not acceptable so i was looking for other agencies.

My Tickets states united airlines but you want me to go with Lufthansa but not specified on Tickets information, because of this misinformation I miss the flight and ended up paying more to get another ticket, my appointment messed up infact it's not ok

As per Brandon he is out of office on friday as per USA timing ( Saturday early morning as per india timing). He is not even provide other colleagues contact information to talk. This is worst customer service. If this issue won't resolve ASAP then we will escalate further.
We are trying to get help from you past 12 hours from you and asaptickets and haven't received any help for his ticket change.
If you aren't able to help. Please refund us our ticket cost. We will book the fight ticket online.
I tried calling you 20 times and he haven't responded back.
The first time when we booked tickets with you, you were continuously on call with us. Now you aren't even responding or picking up our calls.
We haven't liked your service or the way you are treating the customers.
Please do refund my brothers half ticket price and if this is going to continue, I want my sister other ticket that we purchased through you need to be refunded.

One of their customer service agent named Konte continously kept bugging me after I told them i would think about booking flight from them and then told them I found a better deal. Seriously considering to take a legal action against all this. Attaching screenshots as a proof.
