Goodman is very good. Accommodating. He was up half his night helping. My only comment is there was mild difficulty in getting my credit card accepted. I have a credit card with both my wife and my name on it but same account. She has one card and I have the other card. She handles the billing. Goodman had a few challenges with this situation. Fares from Accra Ghana to LAX are expensive.

Scam

I purchased a ticket for my Wife from Palmer, with a departure on November 25,2022, and a return date on January 25,2023. We received several emails on schedule changes but those were insignificant so we did not complain. What baffles me however is when they changed her return date to January 18,2022. When we called to complain and insisted they change the date back to the original date, they told us we have to pay the price difference. I called the agent and the agent told me we agreed on January 18,2023. The trick deployed by these people is that all the agreed dates are not stated in your email text but in the electronic tickets so you don't have any evidence to show what dates you agreed on or not. Make sure you make copies of all your etickets sent to you after payment so you have a piece of evidence in case they change your schedule by a significant amount of time.

They did the same thing to me when I traveled to Ghana. They decided to cancel my ticket without notice or refund and I had to borrow money to buy a ticket to travel. I don't this I will ever do business with them again. Their ticket might be cheap but you will pay more in the end.

En enero 2022 compre pasajes de esta aplicación porque me recomendaron que era una agencia buena y con buenos precios. Pague alrededor de 10mil dólares para tres personas, mis familiares que venían de cuba a USA, mi hermano, su esposa y mi sobrina de tan solo 6 años. La ruta era la Habana-Panamá-Nicaragua. Todo estaba listo para que salgan de cuba. La agencia me envía un mensaje diciéndome que la ruta cambiaba a Colombia por que el aeropuerto de Panama iba a estar cerrado. Pero el país pide visa a los ciudadanos cubanos. Y mis familiares no pudieron hacer el viaje. Esto perjudicó todo lo que se había planeado. Es importante decir que tengo PRUEBAS DE TODO lo sucedido. Correos, mensajes y llamadas. Se comprometieron a devolverme el dinero íntegro y a la fecha no me han hecho la transferencia. Estoy indignada y no deseo que nadie mas sufra este engaño. Jugar con la necesidad de darle una mejor vida a tu familia es lo más bajo que puede pasarle a una familia. Tengo todo para DEMOSTRAR QUE ESTO ES CIERTO. Los nombres de los contactos son:

Ya han pasado más de 8 meses y aún no hay respuesta. Lo único que hacen es decirme incoherencias y no me devuelven el dinero que con tanto esfuerzo que junto con mi familia hemos ahorrado. Esto es una burla para las personas que confiamos en aplicativos que dicen ser serios y no es asi. Aquí pongo todas las pruebas para que ustedes usuarios no caigan en esta estafa. Por que a estas alturas sin respuesta concreta y sería por parte de esta compañía me siento estafada. Aún quiero pensar que por este medio ellos se den cuenta del grave error que han cometido y se pongan a derecho conmigo y que esta terrible travesía tenga un buen final. Lo siento mucho pero no voy a parar de publicar esto por todos los medios hasta que me devuelvan mi dinero.
El día de hoy a las 7:35 pm llame a la señorita Rubiela de customer service. Y ella informa que mi cuenta de reserva está asociada a un señor que no es de mi familia y pone como pretexto que por eso no se puede hacer la devolución. Eso es absurdo porque el dinero salió de mi cuenta (mi esposo) personal directamente a la empresa. Adicionalmente me cobran un recargo de cancelación por un error de ellos diciendo que con eso me iban a devolver y no es justo porque el cambio fue por parte de ellos. Todo
Esto es demasiado abuso con el cliente que confía de buena fe en un servicio que no da solución. POR FAVOR, necesito ayuda, ese dinero que ahorre para pagar a la empresa después tuve que pedirlo prestado y estoy pagando intereses muy altos por la falta de atención a mi reclamo de devolución.
