My wife has been looking for flights for a while to celebrate her mother's birthday in the Philippines. Whereas me and my daughter's family have other purpose to go to the same place and already bought our tickets. Now, she is torn to whom she will go to or what date to choose to make life easier for the family to pick her up at the airport. She is always very meticulous oo her ways that she research through different travel agencies without good results. She asked me to help her narrow her choices and make reservations for her. Since I bought my ticket through ASAP, I called Sweden to book her reservations but he was not at the office and I got to speak with Krezelin. She made all the flights for her and she even went over extra mile of work to get her flight coming back joining our daughter's family back to the US. She willingly looked for my wife choices with energy and conviction that made us so important. A very wonderful experience just for booking for flights.
