I am a repeat ASAP ticket
Customer, Theo is very helpful in giving me a choice of which Airline is available. I didn't know that United Airline is already operating in the Philippines on a Non Stop Flight until Theo told me. Although He offered me same price with PAL, I went after United Airlines to see how they operate. Lately PAL is always late, Changing flights on an already booked ticket, which is very stressful. Although I am frequent member flyer of PAL, this time I went to United experience their operation

Refused to give me my eticket number, refused me to speak to a supervisor and said they have no supervisor, gave me a bad number, called on hold for 3 hours 26 minutes and hung up on me before I spoke to anyone. Terrible company don't buy. Outsourced company that doesn't work when there are issues.

I checked in for my fiancé when I wanted to do it for myself there was a problem Air canada didn't recognize me and showed reference 1.
I called my agent and let her message but I didn't wait for her I called the customer service and there was a very nice person and asked me to give her time and she would contact me ASAP.
I waited about 1 hour and I called the airport and I could talk to Aircanada and I was explained the problem was from changing the return date of my fiancé, it seems both of us got the same ticket and my ticket got disappeared in the system.
As soon as I closed the phone that nice agent called me and gave me the new reference number and at the same time she was on the phone I checked the website and I could choose my seat and the problem was sold easily.
