I have been buying my ticket from ASAP on all of my travelling. I love the customer services. All your questions are answered.

Previous experiences with other agents (Arjun, Nautilus) are below par to say the least but Mayhem made up for the bad experiences in the past.
Mayhem took his time in resolving my issues and treated me with patience and utmost respect...thanks Mayhem!

I am a repeat ASAP ticket
Customer, Theo is very helpful in giving me a choice of which Airline is available. I didn't know that United Airline is already operating in the Philippines on a Non Stop Flight until Theo told me. Although He offered me same price with PAL, I went after United Airlines to see how they operate. Lately PAL is always late, Changing flights on an already booked ticket, which is very stressful. Although I am frequent member flyer of PAL, this time I went to United experience their operation

Refused to give me my eticket number, refused me to speak to a supervisor and said they have no supervisor, gave me a bad number, called on hold for 3 hours 26 minutes and hung up on me before I spoke to anyone. Terrible company don't buy. Outsourced company that doesn't work when there are issues.

He was incredibly patient answered all of my questions and then went above and beyond to fix a misspelling that was my fault, so that I wouldn't have to go through the trouble!

I got what i needed in a quick phone call because Agent is so resourceful and quick at what he does.

Totally wonderful and positive experience! I can't ask for any better service.

I checked in for my fiancé when I wanted to do it for myself there was a problem Air canada didn't recognize me and showed reference 1.
I called my agent and let her message but I didn't wait for her I called the customer service and there was a very nice person and asked me to give her time and she would contact me ASAP.
I waited about 1 hour and I called the airport and I could talk to Aircanada and I was explained the problem was from changing the return date of my fiancé, it seems both of us got the same ticket and my ticket got disappeared in the system.
As soon as I closed the phone that nice agent called me and gave me the new reference number and at the same time she was on the phone I checked the website and I could choose my seat and the problem was sold easily.

My experience was really very good with asap. Nigel one of the representative from asap he did great i need ticket on spot he provided me right away in very good price. He is very helpful and kind. 10 out of 10

Long wait but it's worth it! Way to go Medo! Very patient and kind person to talk too. I am not a computer savvy like these new generation, but he walked me through it!

Capria was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She presented me with different options to travel back home. She is polite, honest with excellent communication skills. I will recommend her to my friends and families.
