There was resistance in using ASAP and we were really hesitant to call to make a purchase. We've heard numerous nightmare stories about ASAP's service in dealing with flight issues. We needed to get the full story. Harlan has been wonderful throughout this process. We've communicated weekly for 3 weeks and she's been nothing but wonderful. On the day of the call, she was able to answer all of our concerns and she really made us feel at ease in choosing ASAP.

My agent was very knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and friendly. She called and emailed me on a personal level after I had to disconnect because I was rear ended as I was making my travel plans, stationary in a parking lot!
