Between booking errors caused by agent negligence, multiple incidences of lack of followup, and sky-high prices almost four times the initial prices offered this was a very disappointing experience.

There was resistance in using ASAP and we were really hesitant to call to make a purchase. We've heard numerous nightmare stories about ASAP's service in dealing with flight issues. We needed to get the full story. Harlan has been wonderful throughout this process. We've communicated weekly for 3 weeks and she's been nothing but wonderful. On the day of the call, she was able to answer all of our concerns and she really made us feel at ease in choosing ASAP.
