Problems with deliveries all the time. They make up excuses of incorrect address / incorrect number to delay deliveries, even if in the system you can tell your address and number are 100% correct.

I had been send a pakage to my daughter in melbourne Australia via Aramex. Today I got a message that the courier was out for delivery and a few hours later I got another message saying, "No one home, so delivery pending". My daughter was at home and they didn't even contact my daughter by phone. When tried to contact the Aramex courier office found that the contact no. Given in the message was a wrong one. Finally got a phone no. After a few minutes search in Google. Staff replied in a rude manner and given a totally unacceptable explanation when asked about the courier status. They update status like this without even trying to deliver the courier". Really pathetic
Aramex provide normal service, but terrible delivery. All my shipments were delay for days. And when I contact them they always solve problems. But if you did not push them you delivery can take ages to come.
Putting 0 in your rating will satisfy the costumers more. Delaying. False reports of: not contact the costumers or costumers not available or can't reach the phone after they make you wait the whole day and reorganize your timing to be at home. Costumer service that never have an answer or solution and protect Anybody other than the costumer... thats what i get from Aramex. Still waiting for my packages. I even request them where is it and I will go pick it up myself cause thise are my goods, that i paid, not any of them. Even like that they can't tell me. So put a 0 in your rating and you will watch a rain of opinions..

I had a shipment coming from China through aramex, it arrived in less than the expected time by far. But I recieved a wrongfully calculated customes, duties and taxes bill, so I refused to pay or receive.
I called customer service the representative explained that the shipper has submitted a wrong invoice, and that's why. I contacted the shipper, he sent me the invoice and I submitted back to aramex. They say they cannot do anything and that I have to take it or leave it! And if I need to further debate or take my right, I shall go to customs authority by myself!
1. Note that aramex are taking a huge amount ( in comparison to shipment cost) as "customs clearance fees, that wasn't even mentioned by the shipper perior shipping.
2. I did two complaints at aramex.com website, with no response each time, they just mark it every time as "closed".
3. I recieve conflicting info each time I call them ( Egypt call centre)

I shipped a parcel from Amman to London. Shipment arrived in London (Aramex operations facility) on the 22nd of July. Today is the 28th and they shipment hasn't been delivered to an address in zone 1 in London. I called customer care in Jordan a number of times. They are pleasant to talk to but are not very helpful. They would promise to call back but they never do. The consignee ended up calling the operations facility in London to find out why it's taking too long to deliver. Typical laid back attitude. "We will deliver tomorrow." In a nutshell 7 days the deliver a parcel from two points that are a few miles away. This is if the do deliver tomorrow. Absolute pathatic!
I've ordered some clothes from Turkey, to be delivered in Qatar and after a loooooot of calls and complaints emails, they called me from aramex saying that my shipment number *******452 is lost in Dubai since 18/03/2016 and they ignore where is the package... their csr is still not able to give me an answer about the location of the shipment and he seems like ignoring what hes talking about. Im not happy at all about the efficiency of the service and about the custommer service and I still ignore what will be the next steps to follow! Btw the status of my complains number DOH/0316/******* says that the case is closed while they still don't know where is my package! Completely disappointed

I purchased an electronic device from china and i prefer to delivery via aramex middle east fast delivery service, but since 25 days, still they did not deliver me the parcel, yet. Because of their Turkey branch left the parcel to Customs warehouse and requested me 300,00 USD for customs clearences even the parcel value was only USD 139,99, not more.

Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
