Also We have tried to connect there is no any help line number to connect with Aramex executive. And if we raised Case Reference number without any information it will closed.
My shipment arrived at NY office on 28th of August, they never updated in the system,,,, infact i must say they have stolen the items... from past 2 weeks they are keep on sending 1 single message that we are checking on it and will get back to you soon... FAKE promises by there supervisors and call center agents... Its 18 days now... still no updates...
Worst Service! Lier Non Ethical Delivery Boys. Aramax will update wrong information on tracking portal. None of the delivery boy will call you and they will update "On Hold - Attempting to Contact Customer / No Answer on Phone" infact no will call you. This lazy Delivery boys. Disgusting & disappointing Service.
Overnight delivery is offered while sending a domestic parcel from Riyadh to Dammam, and its third night I'm still waiting for the parcel.

You may be a victim of a handed off package from DPD or some other company. If you "want to know more" you'll need to open an account which is near impossible in Raleigh NC USA because their website won't recognize it even though it's the capital of my state?
If they attempt delivery they won't let you know and won't leave a note.
You may not inquire of them, and the primary shipper can't either.
How they stay in business? Because whatever they do it's done in darkness.

I'm lose 1800$ of my trip, i have booked flight ticket to today. And aramex say we'll delivery your package in 3-5 day.

Very bad shipping company. They are careless about clients. They are delaying the goods more than 7 working days in their operation facility for no reasons.
Well, these modern bandits are holding my package in customs for 10 days! Ordered something from Amazon, there was no chance to choose carrier. They shipped with this pathetic carrier. It stucked at customs then I contacted Amazon and they contacted Aramex and called the package. So Aramex is informed to ship my package back to the sender 10 days ago. Yet not a single activity since 10 days. Still on hold at customs. I contacted to local Aramex, US aramex a hundread times and they don't give a damn about. They always say it will start moving in 24-48 hours. I WANT MY PACKAGE TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO AMAZON. The contents are 2300 USD worth, maybe they are planning to steal it? I don't know. Someone tell me the reason for keeping a package for 10 days?
They lost the parcel. The requests are not answered, promoting zero. Surprised that A & F traded Fedex in international delivery for such a non-competent delivery. Apparently they will have to give up shopping in their store while they cooperate with such delicates
Unknown person bought unknown goods through my account: I received an email about some package that had been sent to my mailbox in New York and sent several queries ranging from inquiring about the package to just repeating that it is not mine and please do something about it. I called customer support but they didn't sound that interested and recommended I get in touch with that person myself.
Later, I received another email saying it had been cleared and sent to South Africa; I repeated the query process. Then, I received another email which informed me that some person showed up and paid them cash for the package. My complaints were ignored twice.
There were no apologies or any concern; this just genuinely did not seem like an issue to them. They did close the account soon after I asked them to though.
I ordered and PAID online for a package pick-up from Dubai and delivery to Sweden. The MONEY were taken from my account and they have never picked up the package, not even called to talk to the shipper. I have spent hours on the phone with support who passes the call from one to another with no result, with false promises. I have even opened a support case online and I got no update.
I WANT my money back!!! I will contact the bank and open a fraud case.
What a total waste of time!
In Dubai I used Emirates Post. The package arrived in 4 days. I was able to track it and it costs 4 times lower than ARAMEX!
I hope this company will go bankrupt for all the problems created to so many peaople!

Avoid it pliz if you mind your Blood Pressure. Parcel arrived in Kenya immediatley 2 days after i ordered and i paid duty instantly. They took 7! Days to clear my item from customs. Several calls didn't bother them. They were received by giggling women without courtesy. Have instructed My suppliers under strict terms never to use this dumb-$#*! company.
I returned a package using Aramex. Gave a specific time for my package to be collected from the reception of my work. When I realised days later the package was still sitting there. I could not call the numbers on the website due to them being expensive and my work pay plan restricting the numbers. I sent emails to two different email addresses on the site and filled out the customer service form on the Aramex website. ONE got back to me saying the pick up had been cancelled by the driver (and never contacted me) with no other information when I have replied to them asking them to schedule a new pickup I got no response. I then called customer service spent 15 mins on hold and got through to an operator who explained that a driver would be out the following day to collect. He did not show up. Today I am leaving the country for 2 weeks have spent a heap of time on hold and being transferred this morning and am now waiting for a call back. All for one returns package to be collected and if it is not collected today I will have lost the value of the package all for poor organisation and processes of this company. Absolute waste of time trying to sort something that should have been an easy process and completed a week ago! Can you tell I'm fuming?!
So disappointed in Aramex, my package arrived today torn to pieces. Box destroyed, looks like someone opened it and then threw heavier boxes on top of it. Took 18 days to arrive. Will never use this company again.
What a terrible experience I've had
What a terrible experience I've had with Aramex. I've been calling them 3 days straight for packages they are meant to deliver to me. Each time, its an empty promise and when I ask to speak to a manager, they just out the phone down. The customer service agents shouldn't have these jobs as they are rude and obviously incompetent. Shame that I've had to deal with this company. Next time... Wait, they will be no next time.
Worst and based on lie company. Never get my parcel from India to UK. They lie on order status that they did try to contact the buyer for delivery arrangements but they never contact us
Problems associated with my delivery through this company include:
- repeated calls to have the parcel redirected to my office only to have them continue to attempt delivery to my apartment
- eight hour delivery windows, which they continue to miss
- creepy texts from delivery drivers offering to come by at any time no matter how late (insert winking emoji)
- an attempted delivery at midnight (yes, MIDNIGHT) and calls from the driver that woke me up from a dead sleep - I told him to go away as there is no reasonable human being on this planet who would expect another person to open their door to a stranger at 11:55 PM.
- today on my third call to have the parcel redirected, Aramex informed me they had sent the parcel to a third party delivery company in Singapore after one delivery attempt

- calls to have the parcel redelivered only to be told the computer system is down and they can't help me

I am trying to call. But nobody has pickup the phone. Totally pathetic. Even nobody bother about this. Totally zero service...
Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
Answer: They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund. IF it shows up months from now, keep it.

Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
