I am disgruntled by aramex it's has the worst service of delivery from my won perspective they send you messages of delivery for parcels you never get to receive and when you call they have a careless approach towards clientele. It's a dismay to think I called them all day and I have their numbers in my phone yet they say they couldn't reach me how?

TRASH TRASH TRASH, Trashiest company ever. I don't know why people and companies are still using those scum bags. Every time I place an order online and then find out it's been shipped by ARAMEX, I know exactly how frustrating it's going to be. It's really getting to the point of me wishing ill to ever single person working and owning this low life company.
My parcel is supposed to be Abu Dhabi to Dubai only. Its not been delivered for 5 days now. I usually experience this from Aramex and whenever you call the customer service, they will tell promises that it will be delivered today or tomorrow. Each person will tell you different reasons why ita not shipped. DONT USE ARAMEX EVER.
Trying to speak to an aramex consultant is like trying to schedule an appointment with the president. I keep getting notifications that my parcel will be delivered. Then later that day it gets rescheduled, because the attempt at delivery failed. This is a false claim as no one contacted me. The courier call or message feature in the app is laughable. Simply does not work. I am in a loop and I've wasted so much airtime waiting to speak to a consultant that I have given up. What is a customer to do?
This is the bad company I ever deal with the customer service is bad and they just ignore your requests, they don't want to have any solutions, they just say: you only listen to us and we have no other solutions for you, If you wish to return any item that shipped from them, they will tell you to pay an additional $ 20 for the return. I purchased face masks from Dubai to Saudi Arabia and they tell me that unacceptable items even if you look at their unacceptable items there's nothing telling you that. I said to them it's just unacceptable from Saudi not to but they ignore my request and when I looked at their Twitter account they put an ad that said we will ship masks from Amman to you?! They are the worst company I ever deal with if there are no stars to this review it will be even better
I ordered skincare items from the US since 22 MAY (SEVEN WEEKS AGO!) to be delivered to Dubai. Till today, I have not received the package; assuming it had gone missing! The first follow up, the customer service did not reveal the truth, saying the package is stuck in the US. But when I checked with the seller, I found out it was already delivered to Aramex address in the US. So I called back, and this time she said the package was delivered wrongly to Egypt! Every week I've been following up. And NO ONE from Aramex is looking into resolving this issue! I'm kind enough not to ask for a refund of my purchases. DO NOT USE ARAMEX. Lesson learned!
The longest duration between picking the shipment and its deliver ti tge final destination I ve ever seen with all couriers, false and fake reasons for the delay, their customer service is only appolgizing but never ever have a solution, totally not recommended

I have purchased an item online and it reached in their store since 29th April 2020. And till today 28th May 2020, it has not delivered to me. I have made around atleast 4 phone calls and many complaints. Every time, the customer care is taking my address and phone but then no response. They don't even know why there is a delay.
They do have a lot of fun keeping customers holdings unnecessarily in a room for Longggg while.And customer care never Give proper answer.

John O Had medical supplies sent from South Africa to Perth 12 May 2020. Aramex gave a week's airfreight delivery timeframe. As of today, I can track my shipment www.aramex.com but Aramex Perth cannot explain why they do not recognize the tracking number given although the International website picks it up.

Lies lies lies that all I get. Always Out for delivery or attempted delivery. I'm calling it lies. Waiting on 4 parcels since 4 April. I've made 156 phone calls still no delivery. I've prepaid using Aramex app and every day I get sms pay cod. The couriers say send location for delivery then I hear nothing back then they call that attempted delivery. I'm so sick and tired of the BS. No other company in the world is so poor. Company should be held to account. Shame on you owners.
It has been more than 20 days. No one is picking call. Not even replying to my emails. My order is not delivered till now. I dont know what to do. Called vendor, but it is useless in the same manner.
The delivery takes ages before COVID 19 and it takes longer now although my delivery is within the UAE. I don't recommend any firm to use Aramex services for their deliveries because 100 % of the customers won't be happy with their delays.
If it was possible to give aramex less than one star i would have. I just had the worst shipping experience with this wanna be shipping company. That's what differentiate the amateurs from professional like dhl or ups, the only thing i kept thinking throughout this whole experience, is "Who's the Clown Running The Show" at aramex. What a shame. I shipped an 3 seperate packages from china within 2 days of each other. The first package by sea (shipped on the 9th of april) it reached me in dubai yesterday (may 1st). The 2nd package by air via dhl (on the 13th of april) it reached me in dubai on the 19th of april. The final package which i shipped via aramex was shipped from china on the 13th of april. It is still to reach me till today. Countless emails and calls to custoemr support to no avail. It reached dubai on the 25th of april and still they couldn't even deliver it to me after on week. What a bunch of amateurs. Will never use their service again and i would advise anyone else to avoid them like the plague. Shame on you aramex.
Recently helped someone with buying a computer from carefour. Their website clearly states delivery in 3 or 4 days. Purchase is for someone who needs to use it to generate income via online teaching as she hasn't been paid by her employers. It's been 17 days now. Aramex has been delivering it since then. Amazing. Maybe it will reach next year. Whilst I understand the current situation, this is pushing it very far.
Still not delivered after 11 days for a Dubai-Dubai shipment, almost impossible to reach them, on each contact I ve been told delivery next working day. Total mess, receiving incorrect info through sms and on their website... I will give priority to sellers shipping through other companies and avoid the ones working with them!

It's been seven days now I'm expecting a parcel, each and everytime I call customer service, they are equally useless and unhelpful, they do nothing but put me on hold for several minutes, yesterday I waited 15 mins on the phone, then the agent said he would call me back. Nothing till now.

This is the worst shipping company ever. Go for the big guys DHL, UPS, because these guys are simply trash. I bought stuff from Amazon and shipped it to Aramex address in N, so that they can ship the package internationally. I put my account details with them on the label and made it very clear and gave them my phone number, but they didn't bother, they didn't read the label so they've held to the package and destroyed it after only 21 days. I spoke with their customer reps who are really unprofessional as I gave them the tracking number multiple times but insisted that they couldn't find it. DON'T SHIP ON THESE GUYS. BAAAADDDD
Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.

Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
