Aramex is so bad and unhelpful, I have sent a parcel to China on the 5 February 2020 today is the 6 March 2020 the parcel cut off date delivery is 10 March and no 1 knows where my parcel is, I have been calling and went to the branch but, I got no help, *******2162 this is my tracking number for aramex please track it and see if it really makes sense, it's really disgusting aramex, I want everyone to see what I am currently going through.

I got the package of my Nike Jordans in 4 days in India. After seeing all the Negative reviews I was worried but I got the package on Estimated Delivery time! Thanks Aramex! Keep this up to all others! GL HF.

Poor service

Unexceptable behaviour on delivery of a parcel to my home.

I took 3 secs after the door bell went. He did not stay
Went to the Aramex van. I yelled out and the look could kill.
He brought the parcel to the gate, shoved the machine to sign near my body, did not utter a word. He looked an older Chinese male,
I tried to speak to him in a nice manner but only grunted. I signed and said have a good day, he grunted. Is this who you employ Aramex? The behaviour is disgusting. I wonder if he actually can speak English. Do they have a licence? What are our children going to endure in Australia if people like this are employed.
How would you like it if someone delivered you a parcel in this manner?

The parcel I was expecting before Christmas is still sitting in their depot after 31 days now, been escalated 5 times in last 3 weeks. No one can explain why it hadn't been delivered yet

One star is one too many for this reckless, incompetent and careless bunch of cretins. My partner and I watched an Aramex courier reverse his vehicle down our driveway, exit his vehicle, remove a package from his van, and then proceed to lob the package at our front door. This is very unprofessional as we put our trust in Aramex and let our valuables be transferred through its service. Do yourself a favour and use another courier service. Never again will I entrust Aramex to courier my packages. If you work for Aramex and are reading this comment, "F*** you!".

Loss a package and there is no one to talk to resolve the problem. They said that you have to contact your local office and they are the one who loss the package.

I don't want to get in to the details but this is an absolutely useless company. Their customer support presence is literally ZERO. If you're an Indian then there's no way to contact Aramex other than their website which is nothing more than a mere formality. All their sms, emails and phone calls are automated spam and you can't reply them back. They have caused me so much trouble in the last 15 days that I've decided not to shop on any international platform if Aramex is the shipping partner. These people (or I should say robots) are so careless that they don't even feel the necessity to contact the customer directly to actually find out what went wrong and how it can be fixed, they're only good at spamming all-day and everyday till the customer gets irritated and frustrated and cancels the order with the shopping site. And the worst part is, these Aramex robots continue to harass the customer with their useless sms, emails and phone calls even after a refund from the shopping site. I request Amazon.com not to partner with Aramex at least for orders from India and save us from unnecessary frustration.

Total disgusting

They picked up a parcel from Cape Town to deliver to Hermanus on 12 December. Travel time from Cape Town to Hermanus is one and a half hours. I tracked with the waybill number that the parcel was reloaded onto another truck at Stellenbosch this morning at 6:04 with a comment "On way to final destination" I was expecting parcel to arrive around 11:00am as has happened with other couriers. At 3:00pm no delivery. I phoned Aramax and my call was answered after 10 min of ringing and listening to how Aramax delivers lightning fast. I asked where was the parcel as has not been delivered. They would get back to me which they did not. I phoned again later and asked them to contact their driver to find out what is happening about the parcel. She put me on hold for 5min and had to listen Aramax delivers lightning fast umpteen times. She got back to me saying they cannot get hold of the driver as he is not answering his calls and is most probably on his way back to Cape Town. I asked when can I then expect delivery and she replied Tuesday. That is now 6 days that they have the parcel in their possession for a trip that is only hour and half away. I have sent an email to the sender of the parcel telling them of the none delivery. I have never experienced this sort of attitude with a courier before but will definitely not use them in future and will let all how about this disgusting service.

Worst company of courier ever seen across the globe. They pretend to be machines but they are completely flawed. In the aim to be like machines they have lost completely human touch. Most arrigant staff at all touchpoints.

Big opportunity for a good courier company to control the market in UAE, unless entry is restricted.

I am writing this after my several bad disasters with them including they gave me some one else passport and mine to some one else.

NEVER USE ARAMEX!

I had sent documents via leopards, which was unfortunately handed over to aramex at dubai airport. For three days, Aramex kept showing "in flight to destination" (South Korea) but after three days, it still showed that the parcel was in dubai. During this time I kept trying to contact customer support but the website did not function.

My documents had to reach before a deadline for university application so i had to resend the documents via another service. Luckily for me, my documents reached just before the deadline.

Dont trust Aramex. When using international couriers, let them know not to let ARAMEX near your parcel. You will suffer.

Worst courier ever
August 27, 2019

I booked for the shipment collection on 31 July, but the courier missed the pick up for twice and only pick up my shipment on 5 August. The shipping agent mentioned that this is priority parcel express, will only takes 3 working days for the document to reach the destination. It is fake advertised. Today is 27 August and the document is still on the way to the receiver... It is an important and urgent document, because of the delay and the fake promise given by Aramex, I might lost my opportunity to study in Germany! DO NOT USE ARAMEX!

Worst courier in world.
Unecessary belated questions asking. Holding and delaying yoyr documents for petty reasons which should be cleared at time of booking package. Will never use their service again. Horrible experience

I was supposed to receive a letter from India on the 19 July 2019.It was put in post at Aramex 0n 16 July 2019 with a promise it will be delivered by 19 July.It only reached on 25 July 2019. I believe its unacceptable for such a situation with such a priced service. And now that the letter reached the country the delivery man is still thinking nd giving vast time for the delivery.In a 21st century where time is money we need to know at least the approximate time that the courier will be delivered to us and not have us guessing the time.

I bought few items from Amazon and since they started using aramex delivery I'm experiencing problems where they claimed the attempted to deliver my parcel twice and no one came. I'm at home during the the day the whole day since Monday the 28th July to Wednesday 31 July. Called the office my call were cut off and the I called again and I was placed on hold for over 6 minutes very annoyed my name is Nonhlanhla Nkosi

I've placed an order on Amazon. It was supposed to arrive last week. I've checked the tracking info, and it's just staying in a warehouse near Bucharest. Which is 9 hours away from where I live. Now, checking the tracking info, it says it's back in the UK. So, you guys have returned it. You are the worst. I wish I could give you 0 stars. Even 1 star is too much!

Most atrocious services. Employees really do not care about the customers. Must avoid if you want to have peace of mind about your parcel.

Our express parcel booked on 29 May 2019 has still not reached us till 10 July 2019 and no one from Aramex is bothered to respond to your complaints and talk to you.

Cursing self when we decided to use ARAMEX.
