We ate at the Applebee's in Jenkintown, Pa and 2 of us ordered the Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo. It was so dry that I almost choked on the noodle. I asked the waitress if it is usually this dry and she said no and she would get more sauce. We waited about 20 minutes for two little cups of sauce so by that time the food was cold. Then they charged $1 per cup for the sauce. Do yourself a favor and don't order this dish.

This place is so disgusting! THe food is always cold! The servers are always rude! It's not just one Applebee it is nationwide! Gross!

My husband picked up my order I placed via phone. Quesadilla burger well done with extra peco on the side and broccoli. The meat was pink.

Ordered 2 meals for delivery last evening. This was our first time. I was a little miffed by the amount I had to dish for all the additional fees that were tacked onto the bill which actually amounted to an additional meal we weren't getting, but we were hungry so I put the order through. The food was absolutely horrible. Most of it went into the trash. What really upsets me is today, both of us are sick and will just have to literally wait it out. I would hope an establishment would want to satisfy customers so they keep coming back, but with the food we received, this is the last time we do business with them.

So I just want to start by saying it sucks that my local applebees no longer offers half of apps during happy hour and late night... secondly. I want to add that Ive been in the service industry most of my life. Its an acquired taste and the people employed as servers/bartenders I feel are a whole different breed of people. Honestly. With that being said I give credit where its Due. Im quick to complement and overtip when I render services that were well done I am not a negative Nancy. Anyways. So I went to Applebees with my mom, daughter, and 2 friends of mine. One of my friends are a bit on the heavy side and she is very aware of this fact so I was veside myself when the host took us to our requested preference a booth and before she left she asked my friend if she was sure she would fit in the booth. WOWWWWW. Now I know alot of people do ask for a booth knowing good and damn well they wont fit however this was not the case. My friend was so embarrassed her face matched the uniform everyone wore and she hurried out taking her food to go. I felt awful for her. Now before I could even address this situation I went to use the restroom and the same host was in the restroom when I came in. I heard her use the restroom I saw it was her in the mirror threw the little crack in the door and guess what? SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS AFTER AND THEN RETURNED TO WORK. Omgggggggg.

Last night me and my girl friend decided to stop at the Applebee's in Newnan, Ga (Bullsboro Drive to be exact) When we got there we were seated quickly and brought our drinks. She ordered the specialty drink you guys run for October for a dollar. It was very sugary and had little to no alcohol in it. I told the waitress about this situation but she said they cant take it off. Ok so we brushed that off its only a dollar. Then we ordered our entrées my girlfriend is extremely allergic to onions and mushrooms she ordered a sizzler that comes with those two items. We specifically told the waitress no mushrooms or onions. 20 minutes later out comes her plate sizzling with mushrooms and onions. I alerted the waitress who got her manager to come get it back he said he would have it remade. He came back in two minutes with a not so sizzling plate. I took it from her to look at it and sure enough all they did was take the onions and mushrooms off there was even some left on the plate. At this point I was extremely upset because with one bite she needs to go to the ER. We went to go check out the manager wouldn't talk to us. It was a HORRIBLE experience.

We stopped at the Peoria, IL Applebee's we thought everything was fine and great, until my boyfriend saw his bank account. He called them and after waiting 15 min. On the phone with the manager, She told us it was for a tip... they charged his card an extra $15.00 for a tip that he DID NOT APPROVE. He told her we left a tip at the table and she said."sure"... WE LEFT A NICE TIP AT THE TABLE! We always leave a good tip. We will NEVER go to applebee's ever again.

It was about 10 PM and we decided to stop off at Applebee's and have dinner. We were seated and we were listening to the music and low and behold we saw the older woman standing with the music and she was the one singing. I tell you, you would have thought it was a recording for she sang so beautiful it was a joy listening to her sing. Boy could she carry a tune. It was really a nice atmosphere. This is a place that you would want to go back to if not just for the woman who was singing. Loved it.

Took 15 minutes before they waited on me once I was seated. Order was taken and drinks were not brought to the table at all after 20 minutes. Waiter ignored us, waited on other customers and talked to other employees at the bar. Went got the Manager and she told me I lied about how long I was waiting. Got all my food and drinks within 15 minutes after talking to her. The Mgr. Sent 2 waitresses each time together to my table every time and called mall security and put them in view of my table. The Mgr. Came back to my table 2 times and acted sarcastically asking me if everything was ok, I told her the damage was already done. There were only 4 small pieces of meat in my steak salad but the food was fine other wise. I was never offered a discount or an apology. The bad waitress who failed serve me walked back and forth past my table giving me dirty looks many times. I paid my bill in full and left and was given no receipt. I was sent e mail to call them after I left my on line complaint which I did. The person I talked to was the same Mgr. She apologized and offered a 50.00 certificate which she has failed to deliver on. There are a lot of other eating choices in this mall and I recommend staying away from Applebees because their establishment is poor to it's customers and dishonest.

I ordered several takeout entrees from the applebee's on metropolitan ave., bx, ny and when i got home 2 of the entrees were placed in takeout containers with food that was not ordered with them. They put separate orders together in one takeout container. How tacky is that? I PAID FOR SEPARATE entrees but they want to put things together that were not from the same order. Because of this i will not patronize them again. Trying to save on takeout order containers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Besides, it's not even safe to do that because they don't know what foods somebody's allergic to and to put things together could be FATAL for somebody with an allergy. TACKY TACKY TACKY plain & simple as that

There is an applebees on Wendover Ave in Greensboro, NC. We ordered curb side and our order was completely wrong. We complained and got a gift card. Tried again and once again, both orders were wrong. My wife talked to district manager and they sent another gift card. For the 3rd time we went lastnight and got curb side. I waited in parking area for 30 mins and i had to go inside to get it and when i get home, she has no vegetable or sauce with her dry rub ribs. I ordered ribs because i thought they could not screw that up. We drive back, she goes inside and hostess rolls her eyes at my wife. The cook needs to be fired, store manager needs to be fired and the hostess needs to be fired. If they send gift cards im giving them to a homeless person. There will be no 4th attempt. This is more than unacceptable.
