Sat in this restaurant for 20 minutes server said she was bringing menus. Waited another 10 minutes, no drinks menu no waiter/waitress. Walked out no one cared or even noticed. Customer coming in was told they would be waiting 20 minutes. I told them yea and another 20 minutes for the server. And who knows how long till you place your order and get your food! Don't go to this restaurant located rt 30 in Lancaster, unless your crazy and like to be disrespected.

Just horrible experience. No waiter/waitress, after 15 minutes, asst. Mgr came and took our order for drinks then told us they didn't have items on the menu that we wanted... we chose substitute. He then said the waitress for our table never showed up so the bartender would take care of our table in addition to the bar. Drinks came out about 5 minutes after. At 40 minutes in restaurant the bartender came out said there was a mix up in the kitchen and our food would be out soon. She came back and said the mgr would be taking care of our bill because slow service in the kitchen. 15 minutes later, the mgr delivers food, apologizes, comps the meal, and says if we need anything just ask. Bartender says the same. We open our silver ware pkg and no napkins! Take a bite of penne with 4 cheeses and it is COLD. Taste the honey tenders and they are just barely warm. The garlic bread stick is the warmest on the plate and it is not hot. The diet Pepsi also was poorly mixed. Spouse's dinner had food mixed into his pasta that was not ordered. However he eats it, but his is warm. Getting ready to just leave and bartender asks how everything is, when told, she says Oh, sorry, but like I said, the manager took care of the bill.

My husband and I went to have a good supper. First the place was filthy(which we should have left then) but we ordered our appetizer and waited for 45 minutes never got our appetizer then they brought our food and I asked about the appetizer to a waitress that wasn't even ours and she said she would check into it. Our so called WAITRESS lied to the manager and said we changed our mind! NO WE DID NOT! Then she gave us the wrong ticket took it back brought it to the right table then swore she brought us our right ticket. This is the FIRST time I never left a tip! I will never go there again! I would advise no one go there if you want proper service and a waitress that won't lie so she won't get in trouble. This is July 18,2022@ 8:45pm. I am pissed how could a restaurant run like this!

I was on hold for 28 minutes to give my order
I get to the restaurant they're six customers in the whole place I'm going to pick my food up and after being looked at by the help several times I ask if anybody was interested in helping me finally hey man behind the bar looked at me and asked me did I need something I replied yes I have a to go order he said OK I will get somebody to help you after another five minutes somebody finally come to help me and asked me if I needed utensils or anything else I said yes add utensils and salt and pepper I'm staying at the hotel behind the place anyway after acting as if I was really intruding on something I paid for my order I left a five dollar tip on a $20 to go order just to get back to my room To find out my order was wrong I didn't have any utensils and it was cold the ironic thing is I in Town remodeling another restaurant I travel from Kentucky to Colorado Kansas etc. building and remodeling restaurants a company has been doing this for over 35 years. So after working with hundreds of different staffs from IHOPs Taco Bell's Pizza Hut's Hog Wild Hardee's Burger King etc. I can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever been to

Riley is an awesome waitress she is what makes going out to eat enjoyable she made us laugh and she even saying happy birthday to one of us.

If you are on the autism spectrum and/or have anxiety and you're looking for employment, I don't recommend applying to the Dawsonville, GA location. There is one employee with obviously bleached hair who might be very rude and disrespectful to just you (and no one else). Had me leave my shift early very stressed and in tears. If you know your worth and want to be seen as equal, please take this into consideration when job hunting. (you know it's one thing if a customer is rude to you, but if it's a coworker being rude to you, please don't be afraid to speak to your supervisor, or contact corporate)

The Cottle restaurant is absolutely horrible. Terrible management leads. He caught Covid and halfway through a meal we had to all leave. Left behind dinner that we had only started eating! But they still charged us for it! If he had Covid why even show up?
Their bartender that we noticed while sitting at a table was drinking! He was taking shots away from the security camera! And he was very loud and attention seeking!
There are other much better and cleaner establishments to go to like Cheesecake Factory and Burrito Factory that are in close proxy vs this rotting apple establishment. Don't recommend going here unless you have money and time to burn!

I was at Applebees in Hialeah today and had the worst experience ever with the waiter, food and drinks. I ordered a sangria, which tasted like pure syrup. We requested the waiter to change it for a pina colada in addition to the one I had already ordered. Both were watery and hardly had no alcohol. The waiter took forever to bring our food, which was awful. The pasta I ordered was kind of reheated and the 3 chicken tenders were kid size. The steak my boyfriend ordered was super dry and was definitely not sirloin as it was advertised and the portions of the sides were like for a small child. We mentioned it to the waitress Melanie who stated with an attitude that it was not her fault because she was not the one who cooked the food. She stayed she would tell the manager who was supposed to give us a discount. The discount was for 12.00 alleging my boyfriend ate the 2 kid size salads. It should be noted he didn't even eat all the mash potatoes because the taste was not right. On top of that, I had to remind her to remove the onion soup I didn't get and she gave us an attitude for that too. Lastly, while attending to us a customer called her and she told him to wait because she was dealing with this (referring to me) customer that was complaining. I have been to other Applebees and have never have such an experience.

The Applebee's in pueblo Colorado are being managed as if they are in Russia. They have put a set drink limit regardless of existing conditions. They are taking potential tips from thier servers. Hence I will never patron another Applebee's since I do not support Putin.

Appetizer onion rings dried out to brown, shrimp and chicken dried out over cooked, 2 salads were uneatable, drinks were watered down. Awful awful awful, sprnt 70.00 dollars never ever again. Dont go there people, in puyallup WA.

For me I give not star, to the restaurant. Food was the worse we ever try. All the food we order came cold and looked not fresh

Went to a Lima, Ohio (Elida Rd) Applebees and was told it would be 40 mimutes so we sat at the bar.We got our table and waited another hour and 20 minutes until we got our food. Was there so long that I went to the restroom twice and both times saw a rack that was loaded with take out bags both times. The place was only half full so the only answer to me was that they were busy doing takeout orders. Asked the manager and she said it was a corporate thing. I think the sit down customers should be priority. We pay for drinks, appetizers, good tips, and taxes that I would guess most takeout don't. I won't go back.

This is the worst discrimination experience I have had in a long time. I placed the order online on their website, it was to be ready in 30 minutes according to their app.
I went to pick it up after almost 1 hour. The order was NOT ready but they told me 2 minutes. I waited for another 30 minutes, several other people came after me and were attended to but nothing tangible about my order but lies, at a time,
They told me they were bagging it, waited for another 15 minutes, nothing came out
The order was never done and it was canceled after 1 and half hour of waiting.
I spoke to the managers, they were all of no help and were very rude.
This was a case of discrimination. I can't see any other explanation to this inhumane treatment..

CUMMING GEORGIA.
WE STAYED AWAY FROM APPLE BEE'S FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEN THEY DID A GIFT CARD PROMOTION. OKAY WHILE IN FLORIDA ON VACATION. BUT BACK IN GEORGIA THE CUMMING LOCATION IS STILL A TERRIBLE PLACE! WOULD NOT HONOR THE FUNDS LEFT, AND WORSE, MOST OF THE STAFF IS CLUELESS AND THEY DO NOT CARE! MGR TERRIBLE!. AT LEAST CUMMING IS CONSISTENT THEY ARE TERRIBLE FOR YEARS.

Went to applebees in Rome NY today with my brother-in-law. Bar was full of dirty dishes and glasses. Waited 25 minutes and nothing was ever touched. Leaned over to get bartenders attention to clean off a section of the bar and leaned on old barbeque sauce. After 5 more minutes we left. Nobody did anything to clean up... In words of my brother-in-law, "a Toilet"
