I purchased the new Mexican casadilla salad which I was told was HUGE enough to share with my son! Not hardly. It looks nothing like the picture on the menu and definitely NOT worth 15.00. The chicken on it was tasty but the casadillas were pretty lame. Again Nothing like the picture. Pretty disappointing.
We ordered dinner to go on Thursday night before 6. It said it would be ready for curbside pickup at 6:16. It was finally ready a little after 7. Then we get home and realized the mozzarella sticks appetizer we ordered wasn't there. The food wasn't bad except for soggy fries and my sons steak being tough but definitely not worth the $91 plus tip we paid. Just disappointing.
Server rarely came ti table to check on us. Never offered a refill of water for us, but refilled drinks and coffee for two other tables she was serving. One couple she had a personal relationship with and visited them while I set waiting for her to come back to our table so I could ask for a fresh salad as the Ceasar salad I had had bad lettuce and when I asked for a fresh salad she challenged me asked if my husband's salad was bad as well. I reminded her he had ordered the garden salad. She never brought the salad and when I had wsuted at least 20 minutes to ask her about the replacement salad she Saud she had just removed it from our bill. There was a young lady named Margie that was on the floor
I don't know if she was the chef or the manager. She assisted our table several times when the server just ignored that we were there. When I conversed my feelings to the server she just screamed she was doing the best she could. If she had divided her time evenly between the tables she was serving things may have gone better. We aways tip generously when we go out to eat. I was very upset when my husband gave her a 20% tip. I would have given her 5.00 as a courtesy. Margie is the one who deserved the tips because she is the only one who gave us service. I dropped my fork, she brought me another. The mashed potatoes were dry, she brought me butter. She eventually brought me a fresh salad, which I took home. She brought us to ho boxes for our leftovers and she helped my husband use the machine to pay for our meal. He was celebrating his 81sr birthday today. The server should have done those things. Margie has the making of a good manager. She definitely is a customer friendly minded employee a real value to your organization. If I ever venture to your Applebee's location I'd immediately leave if the server we had this afternoon was the only server available. The food was delicious though.
They blocked me for no reason like why are you blocking people for no reason I was just giving a review and I'll be there tomorrow if you want to talk to me I'm ordering some alcohol
The Northhills Restaurant, the food was cold as if it came from someone else's leftovers. Disgusting
Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Restaurant was not busy. Very rude waiter. Asked about the half priced appetizers. He said N O NO NO! Food was not great either. Will not return. Aso the restaurant had no heat on. Very uncomfortabl!
It wouldn't let me Rate ZERO or I would have. We spent $135.00 and couldn't even get a drink half of our whole meal. They say every single table around us and wouldn't even come to check on us. They left us sitting there with the check so long we should have walked out without paying but we're honest people and wanted to do the right thing but it was ridiculous tonight and if all the poor service wasn't bad enough...the food sucked. The steaks were way over cooked and the Alfredo was dry with no sauce and I can keep going on all the food we ordered and I've never seen all my boys take it home for the dog without wanting to finish it themselves. Pretty dang bad. Should not have paid. Forewarning you all. And kudos to all the ones whom walked out tonight too. Your lucky.
Our server Julie was fine. The food a whole other story. My husband and I ordered the two for $25. I had the chicken my husband the steak. He asked for it to ne medium, it was well done, my chicken had not flavor at all. We will not be back And the music was way to loud.
Applebees in Los Lunas has horrific service Rude staff and not enough service. Went there few times never again. And I called Corporate to complain they didn't get back to me in 2 weeks had to call again. All they say is we're looking further into this. Check out there reviews before you go there.
Buyer beware of false advertisement. They included new meals on the 2 for $25 that are not that price. I was ripped off. I'm sure others have been also
The bathrooms were nasty and leaking water on the floor and the service was terrible it took a hour to get food! Also food was cold and not good.
Order from all u can eat the portion are few and they try to limit u saying u have to eat all your food before they bring out some more I am not a child this is crazy
On sale at noon and exactly at noon it's SOLD OUT. I'm through with this restaurant. Very dishonest to advertise you are selling something and apparently it's over before it starts
Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated but the place wasn't crowded.Then waited 30 minutes for cold food and my granddaughter waited 50 minutes for macaroni and mozzarella stick.it was my mom's birthday bad experience and I will never go back. A co-worker had a bad experience also a different location...this needs the attention of Corporate Immediately
Recently visited (1-4-24) Applebee's on Memorial Drive. The service my family received was absolutely horrible. The waitress had an attitude. I had to ask for a refill for my daughter. My food came out cold and they brought the same cold food twice. My friend chicken was raw. Nothing was in stock. My son Pasta was watery. This establishment is absolutely horrible. I do not recommend that anyone go to this establishment. Writing corporate does not help either unless you write a review. This particular location need to be closed down immediately. Management also sucks! I definitely would not recommend visiting this location.
For over two weeks my local applebee's has not had Onion rings. They did not have baked potatoes. Did not have following dressings: creamy French, Catalina, 1000 Island. Costs are quite high! Sad way to run a business. Server was great.
Waited 50 minutes for sandwiches when they weren't busy, another 15 minutes to get change because waitress had to get manager for large bills, finally just gave her a credit card so we didn't have to wait on manager.
I've been there twice in the past year and ordered steak both times and they didn't have any A1 sauce both times! What?
The worst Applebee's on Earth and I've been to over 50 of them. Any good reviews has to be their friends. Mark with the big beard glasses at the time is a liar and disgrace. Dirty as he looks he is. Food tastes horrible and he is a liar. Promises us the rewards card on two different occasions and then not providing it. Then promising us tonight he's going to come back with it refuses to come back and tells the waiter fool Chris to tell us he's stuck in the back lying to us on top of it. The manager Greg rude sarcastic and dirty looking etcetera. There's nothing good about them or this location, silverware, glasses, bathrooms dirty, etcetera. The place is dirty and ran by incompetent buffoons.
