Steak was very tough. My wifes order came out wrong. Would never go back to the one on Street rd. In Bensalem Pa.

Whenever I order on line and go to pickup they don't bring my order out, I always have to go
In and get it. I don't think employees watch very good for people pulling up to pick up spots...

Waited over an hour just for my appetizer to come out and food as well my daughters ordered a pizza and a pasta took over 30 minutes to come out while we was waiting our server never asked us if we wanted a refill we had to ask the bartender if we can get a coke and a sprite and this is why they get mad when people don't tip well

Came in early to avoid lunch rush and was seated promptly but waited half hour for food. Salmon was overcooked.

My family went to dinner at Applebee's on center drive in knoxville, are waitress Ashley S was way more then we could have expected! She was very sweet and on top of everything! We definitely will request her everytime we go out!

We going to Applebee's in North Fort Myers quite often at least once or twice a week. When Sydney's there everything seems to run smoothly. She's an awesome waitress, professional, kind, and friendly

I ordered fajitas. If I had ordered half an order, I would be good. Extremely small portion and terrible table side service. The manager had to ask me again what I ordered. And it was still wrong. If they had this service, they would be upset. If you can't run a business to please the customers, don't. I won't be back and I will tell everyone can. Unless they can fix the issue.

Our experience@ applebees is always a good one, good food for the price, great staff... mostly. The ambiance is great.

We had the pleasure of having Maribel as our server tonight. She was very attentive to everything and was very funny and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about the menu.

Our waitress was great! We had a large group and she was very patient and smiled the whole time, even though we had a lot of picky kids.

Just had lunch at Applebees. Last time ever for me at that restaurant. Food had zero flavor. Was served lukewarm. Should have been served hot. They totally forgot one person's meal. Only four people in our group. Waitress was trying, but cannot hold up the entire staff. Hostess was rude re seating us. Cannot make reservation, but cannot seat a group either. Hello!

Loved all our apps, food, server, and the Manager checked with us to make sure we had a great experience!

I had a date this afternoon at Applebee's in Sullivan.and we were seated right away, it took our server a very long time to take our drink orders then she passed us several times after she said our drinks were coming out. 10 minutes later we got them. She came back another maybe 10 minutes later to take our order. We ordered the riblet plate and when our food arrived my french fries were extremely salty.and my ribs were dry and hardly any sauce on them at all. There was hardly any meat on the ribs. Then when it was time to get our check. We sat for another 10 minutes and we had to ask if we paid her at the table. She said yes. We had no clue after she took our card if she was ever coming back. I thought she went out shopping. We had the worst experience at this Applebee's in Sullivan, Mo ever. I told my boyfriend we will not go back... she did not once introduce herself or ask how our meal was. She needs better manners in how to greet her customers for a better tip. Omg. Huge shout out to Des (Destiny) at Greenville Applebees (so glad for a hot good meal, still no power for us) who was beyond polite and took such good care of us. The meal was great, John's waffle fries were a bit over done and Des took care of it right away with a smile. Hats off to you Des!

Walked in and told 15 min wait but see several open tables. Asked to sit at bar but was told bartender was off soon. This was at 7pm. So telling me no drinks will be served. Bull. Hire people or make who you have actually work. We left and will never bother to go again.

I got the shark bowl, noticed that I was drinking plastic pieces. I told that hostess and she was rude as hell, and gave me a bad attitude. Got my drinks back that we were remade just to get PLASTIC AGAIN in my drink but worse.
