We're regular customers at Applebee's in Farmington, N.M. Lately we haven't been going there bc of the bartender's gossips about us to other customers. We miss going to Applebee's but this bartender has been gossiping about us to other customers on company time. That gossip spread to Buffalo Wild Wings and Sunray casino. This bartender isn't professional. I reported her to management but she (manager) told me quit harassing my employee. I never directly went to the employee. I thought I went by the chain of command. You do not gossip about your customers especially when your on company ( Applebee's) time. I would think they would talk to her about her actions. I believe we owe an apology from management. This bartender need to learn how to be professional not gossi about her customers. We as customers the paying her wages. We love go to Applebee's to relax and enjoy our beer and evening. Thank you for understanding.

My boyfriend and I went to the Taylor, Mi Location and had Taylor for our waitress! She made the experience the best experience Ive ever had at Applebee's! We definitely plan to go back while Taylor is working!

We went to the Applebee's in Osage Beach, MO yester February 9,2023. I have been to a lot of Applebee's but his is by far the place I would not recommend to my worst enemy. The waitress was "snippy" and lied to me about the "all you can eat riblet plate". I asked it it had bones in the riblets and she said "just slivers"...the bones were the size of a quarter!.The meat was tough, the french fries were cold, and the cole slaw was way too dry. My husband had the shrimp and that was a disappointment also. When she came with our check I showed her the size of the "sliver" as she called it and she said "well it's not the size of a regular rib bone". NEVER, NEVER WILL WE EAT THERE AGAIN! So glad there are other Applebee's...

Have been going to this Applebees for the last 25 years. We always sit at the high tops or the bar and have always had great service. Hayley,Carla,Ashley and Wes are just a few of team that always take care of us.

Applebees is my Fiance's favorite restaurant. Her Son and Wife took us to a Birthday dinner for my fiance's birthday. We went to the one located at 476 Western Blvd, Jacksonville, NC *******. The waiter, MICHAEL is the best! He has a outgoing, lively, positive down to earth personality that keeps going! At the end of our dinner, CHARLES, the manager came out and talked to us as well! Very nice, clean, and polite restaurant! I would recommend this establishment to EVERYONE! I plan on going back in July to celebrate MY Birthday! Michael said he would love to have us!

I called in my order at 920 I was told that it would be ready in 20 min. I waited 30 min order still was not ready. I was told that they bumped the order and forget to cook my riblets. A little after 10 I finally got my order. They forgot my loaded potatoes and had to run them out to me. When I got home the riblets were cold. Which let me know that they lied about them having to cook them. That was supposed to be the delay. Someone from corporate need to get to this store quick. I am also a manager and would not allow my employees to conduct these kind of business practices

Food was cold. They ran out of ribs. I'll take into consideration they're short staffed. But still need to be considerate of paying costumers and prepare food and keep it fresher and prepared. Especially when there's a special going on. Make sure to be well stocked to not run out of anything.

Great food and Great Waitress! Sometimes the food just taste better when the person waitressing your table has a great personality. I asked the waitress what was name and she said Chesna.I wanted her name because she was super nice.Well she goes on to say it was her first day and you surely couldn't tell at all. Keep doing a great job Chesna

I just dined at your Portsmouth NH location. I sat at the bar and witnessed a patron, who claimed he was a previous employee, sexually harass the female bartender, tell completely inappropriate jokes loudly, and rip your menu. I approached the manager on duty Sunday night at 9:30 pm Dan. When I explained what was occurring he looked at me dismissively and said " I guess I'll have to listen more closely". I left and watched for a few minutes from the car as Dan went into the kitchen and never returned anywhere near the bar while his early 20s bartender endured this boor's conversation. Shame on you Dan.

Went to Applebee's in Temple Terrace, Florida. First they didn't want to sit us remind you ut was empty so it was plenty of seats then when they did our waitress Christine act like she didn't want to serve us.At the end she was very rude even when we gave her a tip.I see why it was empty now.why come with a waitress like that! The food was good!

My daughter and I ordered fiesta lime chicken. It was the worst dish I had ever seen. I don't know why the quality of Applebee's has gone down so much. Will not go there again.
