I have not been to Applebees in years but this was the worse time I have had there. We sat down and the girl at the front door was mean to all of my family. We had to wait 30min to just have them take our drink order. Then another 1 hour went bye, and they finally ask for our food orders. We had to wait another hour and then got our foods. And before I told them I had allergies, but still they put sauce on my salad which I ask not to put on my salad. Then they game back out with another. But it had chicken with more sauce. So we complained again to get another. The next one has croutons on it. Then when we sat back down we saw everyone complaining about the food,the workers,time etc…. Your are better of just going to Wendy's people.

I just want to thank all Taylor Applebees employees for being such an amazing place. I recommend this place to eat,drink, or work! U all are great and it starts with great management! THANK YOU ALL

I found a hair in my salad my order was wrong I'm allergic to tomatoes I ask not to put tomatoes and the still put tomatoes

Called Applebee's for a pickup order on 10/22/22@ 7:10 PM. I ordered 2 Oriental salads with crispy chicken, no almonds and extra dressing. He repeated the order. We were charged. 59 for each extra dressings. We got home and there was no extra dressing. One of the dressings was Caesar dressing and we had no oriental noodles in the salads. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Sadly we will not be ordering from Applebee's again.

She was great and very thoughtful. Was able to give space when needed and came at appropriate times. She was calm and pleasant so I would say she was a great waitress.

Was tripled charged for a meal in West Virginia on Sept 18 and have been sent from the restaurant to Appleby's guest relations to the restaurant to franchise owner to guest relations to franchise owner again to guest relations to senior guest relations specialist (who couldn't assist? Alfredo is useless) to guest relations who gave me an email address for the company Appleby's is blaming (my charges, all posted at separate times, are from Appleby's). Surprise! The email address bounces back. Called back to Jake from guest relations, to whom I reluctantly gave my email address to get the form to spend even more time to get the refund. Surprise again! I have received no email from Jake/Appleby's/Freedom Pay. Appleby's doesn't need/want business and the complacency of their employees shows that they couldn't care less about customers. If you aren't interested in spending copious hours dealing with really ridiculous garbage, there are plenty of less frustrating options out there.

I live in homestead Florida and an Applebees just closed and I've never been so happy in my life. This place gave me food poisoning twice and the service is always terrible. The food is never good so maybe that's why I always throw it up. Also they were very racist to my friend Carl who I've been working with for 5 years. Don't recommend.

Wait 20 mins to be seat when there were 20 tables open then 20 mins for order to be taken then 20 mins for food to come out 1hr till we were eating then sever screw up your checks

Applebee'shas the best food go and try they new drinks especiallythe cyclone if you like mango. I love going in for lunch especiallywhenQ works best lookingfood.

I just ordered a steak medium and when I got home the steak was mooing it was so raw and this is not the first time I got terrible food I got a chicken sandwich and the bun was totally wet sopping and the chicken not done each time I complained they said they were sorry and would replace it I still have a free sandwich from two months ago I do not want a free sandwich that was terrible same with steak I ended putting in pan and cooking it I will no longer order anything from Applebees again I told manager he needs to get his kitchen fixed or he will steadily lose customers I used to love Applebees not anymore

Why did they get rid of the riblets and chicken strip basket? Please bring it back also the service has gone down hill not open for lunch only dinner. Dying restaurant

Food has absolutely NO flavor, Got the bourbon steak, and added blackened shrimp With red mashed potatoes. Had to salt and pepper the food because it is absolutely tasteless... The only thing tasteful was the onion soup and that is frozen in a bag then heated up so they really couldn't mess that up. Server rude with an attitude. Basically it.

I ordered the waitress dropped my plate off and kept walking. My broccoli was dry the meal was Luke warm. Drink to sweet/ strawberry Pina colada smoothie was very sweet and syrupy. Not once did the waitress return to my table. When she did return to my table I told her my meal is dry. The waitress told me pointing to the slice of lemon. That's what the lemon slice was for. She said she told her manger. I waited for 20 minutes for the manager to come out. Time for me to go. Just praying service change. Could be a place I would enjoy bringing friends and family to. And enjoy doing surveys on local business in JMS ND. LOOKING FOR SERVICE GOOD SERVICE. PLEASE IMPROVE. TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME

After being on the road for a couple of days I stopped at applebee's in Tifton Georgia *******. They served me the best steak to the point, with onions and mushrooms still boiling. The mashed potatoes were out of this world. They tasted like homemade. The price was excellent. Please keep the good customer service and good tips will continue to come in. Definitely recommended.

I could write three paragraphs of how bad this trip to the North Platte Applebee's. It was not our first strike there either. From forgetful wait staff to incorrect drinks from the bar to no silverware or napkins to poor quality food this was a bad trip. We were out celebrating our twins 21st birthday so we were being pretty cheerful. Food quality has gone way, down prices have gone way up! We received our plates in staggered delivery, except my son never did get his salmon until we found someone and ask them for it! Final straw was the rare steak my daughter ordered to be medium. Ordered a new steak and believe it or not that steak came out 3/4 rare! Waitress was plenty of apologetic but that was just beyond! Do not, I repeat DO NOT waste your time or money there. And by the way our family all working food service so we were absolutely generous in this review.
