Apple bees used to be a great place, they had good service and quality food. Case in point - the bourbon street steak. It USED to be decent size and it was a ribeye cut. Then, they increased the price -- ok, I still ordered it because it was GOOD. Then, they changed the cut to sirloin instead of ribeye. BIG MISTAKE. Then, they made it smaller and increased the price again? Really? NEVER ordering the bourbon street steak again because now it is $#*!. I would pay $23 for the original ribeye bourbon street if you offered it again.

Now, lets talk about service. Every single time I go, they mess up my order. The last time I went with my husband and son, they never even brought me my food. The waitress stood there and said "how is everything" while I had NOTHING in front me! They are idiots.

I predict they will be a dying chain - sell your stock now folks.

I visited Applebees in Niagara Falls, Canada. The waiting staff and food were worth the visit. Prices were reasonable... a good place for family style eating at the Falls. I especially enjoyed the great hospitability I received when dining there on July 11,2015. In fact, I had four guests with me and we all had delicious meals that were under $15. The waitress was very accommodating. Our drinks were immediately replenished when they were near empty. Food was served hot. Manager stopped by our table and inquired about the quality of service and food. What more could we ask?

Went to the Applebees in Costanera Center, located on the 5th floor. Was in the mood for a salad, so ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad. The picture of this dish looked very nice. Salad shown was in a bowl and looked delicious. When the salad came, it was on a flat plate, it had iceberg lettuce, some small pieces of cabbage and carrot and six to eight small pieces of breaded chicken, which look like they were cut from chicken fingers. There was no dressing on the salad, I was brought olive oil and balsamic vinegar to pour on to the salad, Whoever heard of that type of salad dressing for an Oriental Salad? It should have come with a nice Asian style dressing. The only thing oriental was the little bag of crispy noodle strips that I could on top of the salad. The price I paid was way out of line for what I received. I would never think of going back to this restaurant again.

We ate lunch at Applebees in Modesto, on December 20th, 2013. I ordered hot tea with lemon and honey. Didn't get a spoon to stir it with and had to ask twice for one. My husband ordered Black and Blue Cheese Burger. The bun was burned and too small for the burger. I looked like someone had smashed it flat. It was served with about 8 french fries. I ordered a Bacon Burger. Again the bun was burned. I was also served about 8 french fries. The taste of the food was great. The portions were very small and we have noticed this in the last three trips to the restuarant. We won't be coming back.
