I tried for a good 20 minutes to place an order online, but no luck, so I called in my order. I arrived a full 10 min. After my scheduled pick-up time. Waited another 10 minutes before calling to announce my arrival. Another 10 minute before my order before my food was brought out. I placed the order in my insulated bag to keep it warm since I had full 15 minute drive home. Arrive home to find my order was cold! Okay, so I reheated the food. Some things are just not the same after reheating, especially shrimp. I had ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. My worst experience ever at this Applebee's!

I understand short wait staff, we were seated at the bar. The bartenders affect was at a all time low, and to wait 25 minutes for your food without a comforting word said about its delay. The workers we did see had no pride in their dress code. The tip seems to be the discussion of the day, but if there's no effort made why come out of pocket? This place use to be the spot when it first opened, and emphasis on first opened….,

Very unsatisfied, very poor customer service. They seated us right away, didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink while we waited. So 20 minutes later we decide to leave, that's when a worker comes and says I didn't know u guys where here, no one told me u guys where here. Had a terrible experience at Applebee's in Brownsville. Management was rude and made no effort to accommodate me as a customer despite of us goi g 3 or 4 times a week since they opened...

The food was very good and service was amazing our waiter was meadow and she was very helpful and kind

The server Suzy was very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the Cajun shrimp and chicken. My daughter enjoyed the triple chocolate meltdown.

Meals were order through Door dash the hamburger was delivered no bread tomatoes just this minute ago. This was paid for...what poor service

She was so rude she forgot my brother food and she was so rude to my mom I don't think anyone should go to that restaurant

Kasey and Robert are the BEST bartenders in Springfield, Oh! Walk in the door our BudLight is on the bar waiting for us!
Manager Dennis always makes it happen with the BudLight! Staff is AMAZING! Like Family!
Cooks Vee and her husband are AMAZING and Drew! So So good! Art and I can sit at the bar and I can play music on touch tunes and people and staff love it! Even met a guy a couple years ago and his brother that love all the 80's music and danced by the bar and got others dancing too, in Applebee's! Customers getting ready to leave end up staying two more hours or more just listening to music or just come in to see the AMAZING bartenders, Kasey and Robert! Always hugs before we leave!
APPLEBEES ON A DATE NIGHT! Love it!

My guy took me to Applebee's tonight. He ordered a side salad with his meal. When he got a little over half of his salad ate, he bit down on something hard that he said almost broke a tooth and he almost swallowed it. It was a piece of hard plastic, that to me looked like piece of a spice bottle cap. He thought it looked like a spork (spoon/fork) prong. Whatever it was, it has a sharp point on one end, and he said he almost swallowed it, who knows what that thing would have done.
We brought it to the waitress attention, and as we told her a man came up and asked if there was something wrong. We then repeated what we had told the waitress. She seemed appalled, but this guy, who acted like the manager, said he would give my guy a discount on his meal. A discount! The meal should have been comped I thought. When we got the bill he had taken $3 and some change off under a Senior Citizen's discount. Well Heeey, guess what?! We are senior citizen's, so that discount should have been coming anyway. I was then appalled, moreso then the poor waitress. I don't know about my guy, but I won't be going back! That was dangerous, shoddy and cheap job of making it right. After reading some reviews and seeing their 2.4 star rating, I guess Applebee's needed our money. I have had chicken that was tough and dry and I have had a salad that did not have much chicken in it and I told the waitress at that visit I wanted no onions in my salad. It was full of onions. It is things like this that makes consumers unhappy and unwilling to do business with that establishment again. It is a shameful deal, and Applebee's you really need management that does better than giving senior citizens a discount for a plastic salad with a senior discount. Pathetic. I am sorry that I didn't grab up the receipt to put on here to verify this, but I would not have wrote a long review just to fool some people who read reviews. If you eat there, good luck.

App is not working when placing an order. It charged my cc x4 attempts when trying to place an order. I had to call my cc to cancel all of them them. Not convenient and gave me work to do, will not return.

Why do you have a curbside order when the employees don't bring your order out to you. I gave them a tip online for the service I had to walk in for my order after waiting 5 minutes which the employees seen me in my truck waiting. It was not busy at all like a ghostown.Food was disgusting I order mashed potatoes on the side and it came with my steak it was mushed all into my order my shrimp i added was so salty i couldnt give any o my food to my biyfriend or child. My kid didn't eat her kids chicken Alfredo I tasted it noodles weren't fresh Alfredo sauce lumpy. Sad and disappointing I give no stars UNFORTUNATELYI CANT GIVE NO STARS YOU DONT DESERVE 1. Applebees company and employees let me down. I will not eat here with my hard work earned money.

Ordered a meal for delivery and everything ordered was either already bad or going bad. Doesn't anyone who works in this restaurant check to see if the food they are about to cook is rotten? DO they think that by cooking the bad food the spoilage will go away? Seriously? Today I find that many restaurants are using this type of mentality to just 'push' the food out so they can make a profit, never mind that it could make people sick or if they're lucky enough to taste the spoiled food and just throw it away and cut our loses. I'll not order a thing at Applebee's again. They can keep their subpar food.

Ok 1 thing was the workers were nice but the ketchup was old and my chicken tenders were still and there's vary chewy bits and you have to pay to play the games on the tablet thing don't go here until thay get better sheff's.

Went out for an early Father's day dinner 6/18 at the Loveland, CO site. Ordered the Chicken Alfredo. When it came to the table it looked like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for 15 minutes. It was dry, noodles weren't cooked all the way and the chicken was cold. I sent it back. They came back with the same plate and only added some Alfredo sauce to make it look fresh. It was luke warm and wasn't very good. Got home and started having an upset stomach. Now I get to spend Father's day at home sick from the food they served me. My partner had the shrimp and it also sat under a warmer and shrimp was soggy and almost inedible. Standards are sub par at best for this location. Won't return, that's for sure.

I should have know better when the parking lot had a lot of open spaces. Staffing was clearly an issue. The solo waiter tried but food was very badly prepared. I ordered a French dip au juice. It was not prime rib. It apparent was heated by throwing on the grill and overcooked. The au juice was maybe French onion soup. My best guess. Take it off the menu if you can not do a better job w it. With tip this cost me almost $20. Arby's does a better job.
I will be cautious about Applebees in the future

I got off work 2 hours early tonight. I decided to go get a nice dinner before going home. I do not get to go very often i went online to see the closing times AND MADE THE MISTAKE OF CHOOSING APPLEBEES. There was one group waiting and after a few moments they were taken to a table. Then he comes back and tells me i would have to wait 30 minutes to be seated. There were empty tables on both sides and the bar was nearly empty but i was not going to be seated fir 30 minutes. I left angry. What was wrong with me. He didn't like my tshirt with kittens on it, my hair, my weight, my age which is 64, my hat? I will NEVER go back. I will be eating frozen pizza shortly. Midwest City OK
