It's a shame what I'm going through to retrieve my Apple ID info(phone numbers, pics and personal stuff etc) especially when I have the login, password and the card on file. Why am I losing business not being able to call clients. Why is it taking 7 days to send verification codes to the phone number I had over a year when I've been logging in my iCloud this whole time. How hard is it to change a phone number it's not like I can do it myself. 7 days is unacceptable and the customer service pple suck!
Last year maybe about 8 months ago I called Best Buy in Apple Valley California to see how much it would cost to fix my cracked screen on my I phone 8 plus. The worker told me 80.00 dollars to fix my phone. Well on April 7 2023 I called Best Buy again and the price now is 169.00 dollars to fix my phone. I did call a different Best Buy in SanBernardino they told me the same thing but the girl that I talked to from the Geek Squad told me that's what Apple is charging for the iPhone part. I did call a phone repair shop in the Victorville Mall and it is only 80.00 dollars to fix my phone. I don't know who or why is screwing people is it Apple or Best Buy. Yes I did a review on Best Buy definitely not a happy customer as you can see. There is no reason to raise the prices over double in less than a year. My next phone probably won't be an Apple if this is how they treat customers that buy Apple products.
Apple is a bunch of thief's, I can't take my card off file, and it keeps getting random charges, I had to pull my account dry to keep Apple from robing me of every cent I had. WHICH IS NOT A PROBLEM/WORRY CUSTOMERS SHOULD HVE WITH A "LEGITIMATE" BUSINESS. Needless to say I'm never dealing with these crooks again
I purchased a new iMac in May of 2020. It is now giving me problems. I took it to the store and they informed me that it is a 2017 model and basically going obsolete. I asked if the computer ages when it sits in warehouse and they said yes, but then would go on to tell me they did not sell me an old computer. I have been a huge apple supporter - changed my whole office to apple. Have purchased no less than 12 iMac and I was treated like crap.
I have had a phone locked up since September and no matter how many customer.service workers and supervisors ive spoken too. No one responds. No one fixes the issue. They had no problem collecting my money but wont make it so i can use the phone.
I bought them for 9 months and replaced them by apple 3 or 4 times. They have cracked sound one after another, now the warranty no more and the problems are not solved. I wasted $ to buy them. This is my 2nd pair. Not buy them again. Bose is my next choice. Bye bye Apple!
I accidentally created a duplicate kids account because I was setting up my old phone for my niece and I created a double for her and I contacted apple customer service and asked for help removing the account so I could properly make her an account and they were really helpful and walked me through the process and after my issue was resolved they emailed me saying the duplicate accounts were deleted I was over all content with their service
I have an annual subscription directly with Paramount Plus and have never subscribed to Paramount through Apple. But Apple is charging me a monthly subscription fee for Paramount +. I have requested a refund for at least 12 payments of 9.99. They have refunded one payment of 9.99 and refuse to refund the rest. Be sure to check what Apple charges you for. It is first of all my mistake for not auditing my payments and charges but Apple should care more for their loyal customers than the care they have shown me. We have three apple phones, two Mac books and an iMac. Never again will I purchase another APPLE PRODUCT.
Today I was at the Apple store in Brickell Mall because I have an issue with my Ipad, 2nd time that this happened, and after a diagnostic, they told me that my Ipad has hardware problems in the Bloothop unit, they told me that I have only 2 options, paid retail price for or paid $480.00 or some to replace my new Ipad. I'm an Apple customer since the first day, all my electronics are Apple because I trust the quality and prestige of the brand and the company, and also of the support, but today I left so disappointed with Apple that made me re-think and re-evaluate why I trust you guys. I will understand if my equipment was broken because of me, but some factory defect in a prestigious brand is unacceptable. Hope that you support your customers the same way that we support you, Apple.
The Apple iphone 11 is the most dog $#*! phone apple has made ever since the iphone 6 plus, the display cant go over 625 nits of brightness and it loads anythings super slow, that os why i upgraded to the 12 pro max.
I've had a very poor shopping experience with Apple. The first time when I placed my iPhone 14 Pro back in November 2022, the phone was lost in shipping and over a month delayed, but I was given a goodwill gesture credit for the inconvenience.
Now this time I've placed an order for an iPhone 14 Pro for my spouse and it gets cancelled. I speak with a representative who recommends I match my billing address to the legal name without my go-by name in parenthesis, which doesn't make sense as the first iPhone 14 Pro order processed fine. Anyways I made the change and placed the another order for an iPhone 14 Pro and it gets cancelled again. Now the recommendation is to contact my bank which I used a credit card through and after being on hold with them and speaking with their representative, they informed me that there wasn't even a transaction that was declined but have made a note that I'm purchasing an iPhone 14 Pro.
I asked the chat representative what they can offer and they just said "my recommendation" and tells me to visit an Apple Store in-person which is ~20 miles away.
Basically there's no resolution as to why my order keeps getting cancelled online (with no notification to me as I have to check the order status to find out).
I'd told her before to avoid the general idiocy at Apple but she bought an watch. 3 days later she's crying and I need to drop what I'm doing to fix your employees mistakes

The iPad I ordered was almost $100 less at Costco. I thought I would receive it and send it back and buy at Costco but I was told they would price match. When it arrived and I opened it I went through agent after agent being transferred around until they finally said oh actually no we won't price match. They were extremely rude and it really turned me off of wanting to purchase Apple products again.
I use lots of apple products like it's iPads and MacBooks. They are convenient and easy to use with great speed. I really like some features Samsung doesn't have, like airdrop.
So we recently visited the Regent Street store (we live on the Isle of Wight) having hit brick walls trying to report our iPad fault online, for our kit, still well within the one year warranty. At our technician appointment it starts well and, close to the end of our time together, he indicates how immaculate our kit is and starts to offer a brand new iPad. For clarity our fault was the charging port not working w/no visible damage. Suddenly he then guides he has to send it away for the repair team to review. Btw we appreciate it's not our technician steering this, but the dictatorial Apple repair 'decision tree'.We reluctantly agree. Four working days later the repair team notify us, via email, to say it's water damaged ( genuinely impossible given limited usage usually in the expensive docking station) and it will cost nearly £700 to fix. We try to escalate (though given no access to a process to allow us to do this) and decline asking for it to be returned so we can then look what we do next. The biggest kick in the teeth? We've just received it back 48 hrs later with visible new external damage and scratches, as well as dirty finger marks all over the screen and half a sticker muckily left (and stuck hard) on the back - residual evidence of a shoddy internal tracking process. I bought an iPhone 4 and quit Apple product after 18 months when it became redundant due to their frequent software updates forcing purchase of new kit. My husband has been an Apple advocate for 30 years and encouraged me back last year when collectively as a business we invested £12k in new kit. We're both disgusted and seriously discourage ANYONE from considering buying Apple kit. 1000 % style over substance and it will be your biggest regret.

Apple is a great company and their products (iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, etc.) are of high quality and are user friendly. However, the only problem is that the battery life on Apple devices is in fact much shorter than they advertise it. For example, the iPhone 13 is stated by Apple to last roughly 15 hours of being used before the battery dies. As a person with a brand new iPhone 13, the battery lasts only for a few hours of being used. Even with location services off and not even a third of the iPhone storage full, the battery only lasts upwards of 8 hours. This is a sign that Apple has a vested interest in promoting their products so that people are encouraged to purchase them. If you are getting or already have an iPhone/iPad, consider getting a portable charger since the battery life is on the low side for these apple devices.
Company is getting wealthy but scandalous by the day. They swear they forgot the people support their wealth. From lower quality to no new changes to no headphone and tried to hide the truth speaking about for the sake of the earth to switching charging tip for charger. Man why support Low life practice?
