The worst experience ever spent four hours in the store to get my new phone comes to find out their system. Cannot assign the phone under my account because something wrong with their system fine I will order it online as I've told now I I still don't have that new order and it might be canceled again. They told me to charge it again my card for the third time. No thanks the worst.

I'm a Apple user for many years. I had a several devices in the past and I still continue that deal with them. But my enthusiasm was fall down when my MacBook Air got a fail in unexplained situation in a short period after a product warranty timeline ended. The problem was started so unexpectedly just one day my Mac wouldn't answer in any ways. I contacted with your support and I got recommendation that I should left my Mac in one of your recognized service and after the advice inspection we could try to find some solutions even the product warranty is ended. After the inspection I got the receipt with solution where I had to pay 3 thousand PLN.

I disagreed with that because and I tried to contact with your support one again because I was sure that you could help me to find some good solutions for both sides but finally I got the answer that you cannot do anything with that. The case is closed and you really sorry. I think that treating your loyal clients in this way is unfair and the premium class company which you describe yourselves could treat the clients in much better way. I'm upset and I will think twice before buying your product.

I would like to warn to all apple product holders out there who are contemplating to trade in their device directly with apple. I was purchasing apple iPhone 13 and decided to trade in my iPhone SE 2 (which was estimated $100 trade in value by apple after 1 year purchase for $450. Per salesperson, the $100 trade in should have been credited to my original method of payment credit card with which I purchased my iPhone 13. To my surprise, after about 3 weeks of sending my iPhone SE 2, I received an email from Apple, stating that I received $50 in form of Apple gift card and $50 credit to my Apple account. It took me about 2 months long multiple calls to Apple customer service and hours long conversations to get the $100 credited back to the original credit card I used to pay for my iPhone 13.
So, I would strongly suggest to find an alternative way of trading in your apple product, unless you won't mind receiving the payment in the form of your Apple ID credit or Apple gift card (which are useless, except if you are purchasing a product directly from the Apple's web site)

English language "support" is nothing but arrogant, overly self-conscious $#*!y primadonnas. The line is crap so it's hardly possible to hear anything they say, so one has to ask them to repeat basically every word. The advice the operator gave was the exact same process I explained her already, that I tried that and it was not working. She was telling me what to do in a manner like I'm an idiot. When I had enough of being treated like an idiot and tried to speed up the process by interrupting her useless monologue, she got offended and started complaining that I was rude to her! Then she went on for minutes complaining about my behaviour and rudeness and that she was not taking this from me! Just what the $#*! really, if you are really that valuable and well educated person then why are you doing a $#*!ty customer service job? It's not the customer's fault that you are a lazy $#*! no good for anything else. I asked if she was able to help me at least five times but she kept complaining about my attitude. When I repeatedly told her to focus on the issue and provide me support instead of talking about herself, she actually hung up on me. Just WTF, really. I'll just go and buy a Microsoft notebook, I don't need this $#*!.

Bought an Iphone 12 pro and it worked only for 1.5 years although I kept it in great condition, it didn't even have a scratch! Do not believe the hype!
3 days ago it just died out of the blue!
I called Apple customer service and the told me it was out of warranty and they couldn't do anything. Moreover when I told their customer service if it is possible a phone that costs 1k to die just like that out of the blue the representative told me arrogantly that yes its normal. I am curious if they know that their customer service say that their products are so $#*!ty that they last only 1.5 years. Thats a hell of customer service well done apple. They sell faulty, glitchy phones and they don't do the bare minimum for their customers.
Do not fall for Apple's lies
If I had purchased a cheap phone I am sure it would be working for years! I am not doing the same mistake AGAIN I was a big fan and a loyal customer for 10 years but after that they don't exist to me!
I will switch to samsung or xiaomi at least their products don't die after 1.5 years just like that!

I've had a MacBook Pro for 3.25 years. 1.5 years ago I had nearly every component of it replaced under apple care after liquid damage. For the past five months the performance has been degrading and now my computer does not recognize it has a battery in it anymore. As a result the MacBook will only turn on while connected to power. This has turned my laptop into a desktop computer, defeating the purpose. I've taken it to 3 apple affiliated stores and have been quoted three different prices for fixing it that range between 500-1500 dollars. 500-1500 dollars to fix a computer where most components are not even 1.5 years old is ridiculous. I'm now shopping for a new laptop but don't think I want to drop 2000$ on one whose components break after 1.5 years. Wouldn't suggest apple if you are looking for a computer that will last awhile or a company that has good customer support.

Disappointed

Had an Apple Watch Series 6 for 25 months and it's battery degraded by 23 percent over the 2 years. The watch could not last a full day at work with a max charge now. Contacted support and they mentioned it is normal and to fix it I'll have to pay an estimated of $116 for servicing.

Not even sure if it's apple intention to have Apple Watch users pay for servicing over 2 years.

Disappointed and will be dropping apple products.

I'm 10+ years customer with a fairly new original charger (bought at an Apple Store) plugged to an outlet (not charging the phone) which got overheated and burned my hands, bed sheets and mattress. Opened a case with their support and they couldn't care less. Unsafe products and terrible customer service!

I have placed an order 3 times and all 3 times it was cancelled by apple, but they cannot tell me why. My bank did not stop the payment, my card does not have a spending limit they have all the information they need and they still cancelled my order and are not able to tell me why. When I say there is no reason why you can't tell me you are fn Apple I just get umm it doesn't tell me. REALLY!

I was dumb enough to order an iPhone 14 online and was to do a trade-in for my iPhone 11. I followed all the steps that was given to me for preparing to send it back. I then sent it back. A few days ago. It showed up at my door. One person told me that my refund had expired. The next person told me that I declined the refund and that my activation lock was still on. I went to the link they gave me. And that phone does not show up on my iCloud account nor the Find My page. After talking to three more people, I had someone to tell me that they've got everything set up and for me to do the trade-in. The trade-in went from being $220-$160. Today I received the trade-in kit and then an email from Apple stating that they have attempted to contact me. So I called Apple, after speaking to two more people I was told that I declined the trade-in again and that I was negative. But they would continue to do a trade-in of $160. When I asked when the email was sent to me, he was unable to tell me. I told him that they had something wrong with their system that I have not received an email and that I would not refuse the trade-in. He continued to tell me that their system is flawless and they do not have issues like that. I told him at this point I would rather destroy the phone, then to deal with Apple customer service anymore. He told me I couldn't do that that it would cause chemical leak. The gentleman hung up on me when I told him that I didn't give a flying flip what he said, that Apple system had some kind of flaw or something going wrong. I spent almost 3 hours total with no resolution. I will never again order or deal with Apple online. Apple customer service is horrible.

My daughter's iPhone 11 was dropped resulting in a cracked screen. That occurred 2 weeks ago and is currently at the service provider. The Apple ID passcode needs to be reset and I was directed to iforgot.com to put my account in recovery. I have gone through their process of account recovery for two weeks and am still waiting to reset the passcode! I've called Apple Support and spoken to half a dozen apple advisors who ensured me that I will receive a link that will allow me to reset the passcode. I received a link two nights ago. Tonight's advisor repeated the same directions and didn't understand why the link I received to reset the passcode was faulty. She was a senior advisor and could not or would not help us. My insurance claim expires tomorrow so I will need to begin the entire process over again. I've never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. Shame on you Apple! I've been a customer for over 10 years.

Very disappointed with a new MacBook Air I bought in 2021. I have had a MacBook Pro since 2009, installed Parallel and Windows it ran beautifully until the screen yellowed in 2021 so bought a new computer with the intention of running windows on it. Well the bad news is that you cannot run any ordinary Windows the only one that can be installed is a Windows insider preview Arm 64 from Microsoft. Although they say that it would work on the M1 & M2 Macs don't BUY it if you intend to use windows. It is not available as yet. DO NOT BUY ANY M1 OR M2 MAC IF YOU WANT TO RUN WINDOWS BUY AN INTEL MAC. I WILL GIVE IT A 1 RATING FOR THAT.

Just terrible!

What is this thing with new models of phone, but it looks same like model before. No new features nothing, but important thing for you guys is that you price is higher than ever before! I was always a huge fan of Apple devices but now really I think is time to change it to Android.
