I bought an Apple IPhone and wanted to use an Apple gift card to buy the Apple+ Extended Care. My gift card was not sufficient to cover the $260+ two year one time fee. Instead, I would have to use my credit card because their system does not have the flexibility to use more than one source of payment. This falls well below the quality of customer service that I would expect of any company. It is very disappointing from a company that takes great pride in the quality of their customer service. Don't buy an Apple Gift Card.
Been locked our of the phone for 3mths still can't get into it. The phone isn't even paid off and I keep getting the run around. So stupid to pay for a phone and not have it. Very upset will be switching to a android after I can get it to work.
So disappointed to be stuck in a monopoly by a company that literally doesn't listen or treat their customers well. I signed up to a free trial of Gaia. I created my account and used Apple Pay to accept the 7 day free trial. I was charged 140$ immediately for a year subscription. There was no trial period. I escalated it twice and then finally called as it was "not eligible for a refund" both times. The customer service rep said there was nothing she could do and the reason I was charged was due to having used the free subscription in 2017- 6 years ago. I was a paying subscriber back then but had cancelled due to the lack of content. I was hoping to have a trial to see if the content improved before I recommitted. Rather than telling me that I was ineligible for a free trial, they let me believe that is what I was agreeing to and immediately charged my card. The rep told me that I had to dispute it with my credit card but my credit card hasn't been helpful either. So now I'm stuck with an entire year of an app that I don't want and with a phone and an online account with a company who treats their customers like garbage.
So I bought a apple IPhone 13 for my daughter from the store with receipt, box with matching IMEI numbers on both and everything so a legitimate purchase. She for got her password go figure well she gets locked out of the phone, take it to the apple store in Lexington in KY they reset it said it will take a day she will be able to get back in, It has been 4 days still nothing still locked out requested from apple thru email to reactivate gave all the info a copy of receipt along with the IMEI numbers matching the deny us activation. Call Apple support I get nothing from them either. Yet this is the reason I personally will never own any thing Apple has now I have a paper wait that's is freaking ridiculous, and had to buy my daughter a new phone as well. So screw you apple!
Currently, I am using iPhone 11 got update 14.3.1 last year after that I am not able to send text messages due to that unable to use banking app. Talk to senior representative more that 300 times but they don't have any solution. Very disappointed with this phone never recommend Apple device to my relatives and friends.
My husband had to send a phone back & when it reached their warehouse the box was empty so apple charged us right at $800! It was a broken phone so why would we not ship it back? Apple done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue or try to figure out who took the phone out of the packaging! Someone in their warehouse is stealing but they don't care!

I have an I phone 10 xr and I hate it it glitches a lot has a screen issues and I just don't really like it. In my opinion I love Apple I love their products but their first full screen phone isn't very good. :( sadly
I have a question for apple. How did my phone get exploded like in the pictures. It's not expose to hot weather or cold weather or not plug into charge. It could be dangerous. Luckily I didn't touch it when it got exploded!
I used to be an Apple fan, but I bought a brand new MacBook Pro in mid-2020 and can honestly say it is a piece of S##T!
What a rip-off and waste of money! Besides only having type-C ports and being forced to buy an expensive compatible USB Hub + additional adaptors, etc... this MacBook Pro has given me nothing but trouble.
It overheats literally every day and I've had to purchase a cooling stand to try eliminate over-heating... the computer freezes regularly and the touch-bar is totally useless too!
It went in for a service within the first six months after buying it, but they deny that there is any issue (Google reviews beg to differ!). Apparently this model used the wrong type of glue adhesive and it therefore overheats (sigh!).
Overall it gets a 0/5.
My next purchase is going to be a Samsung for sure! What a disappointment.
Updated my iPhone Pro Max 12 with iOS 16.4.1, it went through the install process, turned itself back on, then after it had turned the screen back off, it immediately went into the vicious Apple Logo cycle of off and on, off and on. Now my phone is rendered useless. It's basically a shiny paperweight~!
I immediately went to Apple Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, the nearest Apple Store, to get it fixed.
The tech who looked over my phone was very pleasant, although I could see the writing on the wall once he started pointing out the cracked back and slight moisture on the lens. His and everyone else's excuse from that point dismissed my perfectly working iPhone prior to the iOS install saying the cracked back on the phone is clearly the cause and that it HAS TO BE a hardware issue. It's not the iOS.
Well, I called Apple Support while there and their troubleshooting opinion was no different. Of course!
NOTE: Apple is now like any insurance agent that receives and claim...to immediately dismiss any possibility of Apple being at fault.
After leaving the Apple Store, I did some research online to see if there are any bugs or issues being reported about iOS 16.4.1. Surely enough, I found articles in forums where they've bolded the known issues. The first one on the list was my issue, iPhone Stuck on Apple Logo. https://www.minicreo.com/iphone-problems/ios-14-problems.html The Apple Support Specialist I was talking to on the phone noted that I had found this issue online, but that because Apple hadn't reported it on their website, that it was not considered to be a true issue. How convenient for Apple! Disregard reports because the issue hasn't been listed on their web pages yet.
So this is my whole purpose in writing this complaint. I want to get this known issue out there so all the people experiencing the same issue can get their phones repaired, like a car recall where the company pays for the repairs, not the customer who should not be at fault regardless of the wear and tear on their product.
Complete joke having to wait 72 hrs if you forget you password. Never buying any apple products again

On arrival the line was beyond the store but fast paced.
We had to book an appointment which resulted in waiting 3hours to be seen. The technician was very helpful and informative so that was pleasing.
Being in the shopping centre for over 3 hours I also had to pay $8.60 parking fee

Apple ultra watch / Ocean ban
Product failure and won't cover under Apple Care Plus.
My 16 year old son saved up to buy the Apple ultra watch as it was advertised for sports like surfing, sailing and diving. My son bought it to track his performance and for safety out on the water.
Today he was out wing foiling in open waters and either the Apple Watch ocean ban or Apple Watch failed and came off his wrist and fell into the water.
With a depth over over 8 meters there was no chance of recovery from the ocean floor.
We rang Apple care to lodge a claim and was advised that Apple would not cover the claim as we would need the Apple Watch to prove that it failed. I explained to Apple care that as the Apple Watch ocean ban failed and has come from his wrist and gone into the ocean and is now on the bottom. Apple care then advised me to go dive for the Apple Watch myself or pay for a commercial diver to find the Apple Watch and then make a claim.
Maybe I am delusional, but is Apple Care so out of touch on reality?
Lessons learnt.
Apple Ultra watch / ocean ban is poor product and does not do what Apple claims in its advertising.
Apple Care plus is a scam and just an up sell.
I will now go further with fair trading as Apple can not get away with advertising a product that does not support what it claims and up selling a useless insurance cover policy.

Apples iPhone is great. However Verizon can't be trusted with a cash payment of $200.00 I walked into Verizon Moncks Corner SC and made a cash payment of $200.00. Verizon can't find it and my phones have been cut off and hit me with numerous charges. Apple should fire Verizon and go to a company that is customer service oriented. Ty

Apparently once your phone is locked there is no way to recover it and they don't care they suck lll
New phone with a speaker issue. Come to find out my carrier can't touch the phone. Only APPLE can troubleshoot or replace a phone that is purchased and I only had the device for 3wks. So I make a an appointment to see the apple super agents a week later. By then they tell me my 30 day return has expired. But they might be able to fix the problem if they reprogrammed the phone with factory settings. But I had to purchase 99 cents worth of data to have room for back up. Reset was done and it didn't work. Was told best thing is ti upgrade to a 14 and eat your losses. Which I refused to do. A month later I was charged another 99 cents for data storage. Unknowingly the 99 cent purchase is for life. They fail to tell you that at the Apple Store. I am thinking to myself how many 99cents a month they are sticking to people and how many crappy phones they have sold to people. This is probably the most corrupt company I have ever seen! Neeedless to say this is my last IPhone or anything to do with apple. They have lost their direction. From ingenuity to thievery!
I love the phone but the charging cable is worthless. It does not maintain connectivity and dings every other minuts

Answer: Buy an iPad. I believe that is what you want as thats their only device that looks like a "tablet".
