Went to the Naperville store with a problem with my phone. Could not change my voice mail greeting. After a half an hour they could not fix it. Then I asked them to try and restore some photos to my phone that had been lost. Not only could they not do that either, but in the process, they wiped out all the pictures that were already on my phone. I was literally better off before I set foot in the store! Worst customer service I have ever had in my life!

Steve Jobs said they would always support the Apple II.
I had every piece of software ever made for the Apple IIGS.
Then they dumped it like some old laundry. I'll never touch an Apple product again.

There are some things I dislike (cost, no replaceable battery) but I ultimately really like my MacBook Air and iPhone. They cost a bit more than other options but I've had way fewer problems with my Apple products than I have with PCs and Android phones.

Rather good than bad. The quality is unmatched, but the marketing is too agressive. It's like you have to have an iphone to look properly. If you have a mac - it's like you're a king... btw, macs do cost too much, even for their level of qulity, so i'm mostly paying for the image, then - for the quality. It's sadder than it could be.

Apple service bed because first thing done to do apps with that worked for second thing could not do for me I trying to unhide my music put thought some steps and did not work so they said I call you back on Monday to give you answer but I did not want wait so they end call so I Call them again ask what problem then sort it by putting through apple billing system done thing their end it work.

I have no idea how this POS company even exists. The products are terrible, and employees are morons, everything is pointless. I will never again touch a crapple product, and know that anyone who uses this junk will be succinctly evicted from my life.
