I decided to alter my review to give praise to technical support. Computers are great until there's a problem and you need technical support. As someone who grew up with a black, corded, rotary dial telephone when it comes to computer jargon, I'm not at the top of the learning curve. Apple on-line support is without doubt the best I've encountered. Unlike many other tech reps who's english language pronunciation skills are marginal at best, who often are impatient and who lack the ability to clearly explain things Apple reps are smart, pleasant, patient and dedicated to helping you solve your problem. I'm not going to list all of the benefits of owning an Apple computer, I will just say that should you have a problem, you can rest easy knowing that excellent help is just a phone call away. In store service is also excellent but do make an appointment!
Bought an Apple Watch and it developed a fault after a few months. Took it back and received a replacement within a week. Has been working perfectly now for just under a year.

Apple has great products, it's a great company with a lot of great people, however the Apple Store in Brussels is just so bad that it's better to visit an Apple Store in France or Netherlands. Apple 'geniuses' at Apple Store Brussels appear to be poorly trained, they don't know the Apple products well enough. When I visited the Apple store with a technical problem on an iPhone I couldn't believe how many untrue and absurd things these guys would tell me. Their manager Ilia (or something like that) is overwhelmed by customer complaints, but is so arrogant, doesn't matter about Apple reputation, doesn't work on customer satisfaction, obviously hides himself to avoid talking to customers. I continue to believe that Apple is a great company, but their is a huge lack of skills and business ethics in the retail, especially at the Apple Brussels store.
