Was using Apple products for a long time, owned Mac, countless iPods and an iPhone ofc. Never let me down. But the latest tendencies make me sad... Prices + some decisions they made... Will wait hoping things get better.
For years I have loved using Apple's roducts. This review is not a criticism towards their products but towards Apple themselves. First off they charge way too much for their products as their newest Mac is $2,400! You can get a PC for less than half that price or create a decent Hackintosh. Secondly, they have been screwing over their Mac Pros which have not been updated in three years and their iPhones are technology hoggers that have to get the newest feature first. Until they screw their heads on right they are getting a three from me.
I have an Apple Store in my town, so I do ship to store even though the parking is horrendous. This way I can control when I get it. Apple is better in the store because they will set up things there. It's worth the extra price which is usually very close to Costco or Best Buy. If it's a little item that needs no set up like a phone case I recommend buying it elsewhere it will be cheaper.
I am not a huge shopper of Apple, how ever when I have had to go to their shops for customer support, I have NOT left disappointed. I have always had help and all questions have been answered. There stores however are limited and more are needed to cope with the growing demand of customers.In Perth WA there are TWO apple store I know of another three or four would be better.

They are so helpful at the Apple store, if I have a problem with my IPhone. They have a great return policy and are very helpful. The drawback... they are super busy and sometimes you have to make an appt.
It was pretty sick knowing I have a gadget from the best selling electronics company in the world! I have apple music, a lot of apple cards, a case that fits it, etc. I totally recommend this to someone who wants a little music player (talking about iPod) or a new or used touch screen phone (talking about iPhone)!

They provide excellent services and their sites main page is always very informative and you are basically two clicks away from buying their product acquire their service.
