Apple.com is a great site for shopping for official apple products. The UI is nice, but the only flaw is the process credit cards and what not very slowly. It could take 1-4 days to just processes your cards when other services are instant. Same with PayPal.
They could be packed to the gils and someone would still come up and greet you with a smile and ask how they can help you and put you on the proper list to be helped. Every Apple product is incredible. I'll never use a PC ever again, or probably ever have a different phone besides iPhone.
I love their designs. I love their website. I adore their stores (been to several around CA and in NYC).
They've made their name. And mostly you pay for the brand, but also for the high quality. If you are looking for the production that will work for years you can choose apple

Yes! I love apple. I ordered my iPhone here and was truly inspired by the details that have went into this process. Apple just goes above and beyond in every detail and product that is made. The website design is amazingly detailed and the process to order ask every type of question to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. I have never been a fan of online phone or computer shopping but Apple has made me a fan. Good job Apple.com. This is the only way I can visit an Apple Store since I live in a state without one.
