Great communication fast and efficient shipping! Usually arrives before promised date!

I've had good luck with customer service on the phone and online. I made a mistake when I purchased a song, and they got back to me hastily and fixed the problem.
I've always had someone polite to assist me whether it be phone or email.
Just wish they made iPhones last longer than 2 or so years. Not everyone can afford an iPhone every 2 years!

Service is soso, my friend's iPhone stopped working and took two weeks to just to get a battery. Lol I never use apple products

I don't want to have to sell a kidney, or my first born child o be able to afford Apple products! How about you guys bring the prices back down to earth where the rest of us humans live so that WE can afford them too?! I promise you, you would sell SO much more. It's literally just stupid how much your products cost.

Long Lead Time compared with Amazon.com for Apple items!

Good quality, fancy. But they are a bit too expensive.

Apple.com is a great site for shopping for official apple products. The UI is nice, but the only flaw is the process credit cards and what not very slowly. It could take 1-4 days to just processes your cards when other services are instant. Same with PayPal.

To easy to order items you really did not intend to.

They could be packed to the gils and someone would still come up and greet you with a smile and ask how they can help you and put you on the proper list to be helped. Every Apple product is incredible. I'll never use a PC ever again, or probably ever have a different phone besides iPhone.

I love their designs. I love their website. I adore their stores (been to several around CA and in NYC).

They've made their name. And mostly you pay for the brand, but also for the high quality. If you are looking for the production that will work for years you can choose apple

They are so helpful at the Apple store, if I have a problem with my IPhone. They have a great return policy and are very helpful. The drawback... they are super busy and sometimes you have to make an appt. Overall, I am Satisfied, Thank you

Apple is not as good as it used to be. It was all Jobs. Now that he's gone, it's like a circus over there with zero innovation.

The products are becoming better, but the prices are insane if you keep in mind they never had the most advanced hardware inside. Also updates are killing the devices and making them unusable.

I love my new iPad, I just wish it was a little more sturdy.
