Wanted to talk to a Supervisor they said they will call in 24-48 hours, they never did, a week later they sent an email asking me to call them, I did (stupid girl) and they let me 45 minutes waiting, I hang up and called the next day and waited for 1 hour for nothing. They don't really care about anything just to get pay. No customer services and technical support are leading by kids that yell at you and don't let you speak.

This would be number one reason I would not buy apple 11 pro. The quality and experience of using the phone must improve with each model, not degrade, right?!? The headphones plug into the charger and I would not be able to charge my phone and listen to headphones simultaneously. Also all 6 pairs of headphones that I already own with standard plugs will have to go to trash - yeah right. Not happening. Such a stupid move apple. Such a stupid move.

Apple tries to get more in the business market, but they have terrible service for business unless you want to pay them a premium. I have purchased over 15 machines for my software business, and to get a machine that has been recalled turned in, they need to not only take it for 2 weeks to fix it (found that out after coming in), when I come back to do that, I have to wait an hour for a technician to be available to "run diagnostics". This is their recall, and I end up spending hours just get it turned in!

Apple has gone and done it again. They killed the great ITunes, which was free and came up with Apple Music, a pay service. In case you haven't noticed, you get this change forced on you when upgrading to the new OS Catalina. As usual, every update makes apple less user friendly, lowers performance and ruins what started as an excellent product. Here's one example; Apple Music lacks a search bar or function. Instead, you can search the music they select to present to you, which tends to mostly be the contemporary crap being marketed to dumb us down with. What if I want to search for an older song or album? Well the it geniuses at Apple either failed to think of that or decided we didn't need it. In any event, as is the case with most Apple moves since Steve Jobs, the new "improvement" sucks. And oh yes, you now have to subscribe to it.
Perhaps you've noticed Apple devices don't always communicate with each other. You may be able to open an email from an Apple device on your phone, but not on your IMac, or on your tablet, or any combination of them. I'm fed up with apple's crap and will begin transitioning out of it as replacements are required. The bottom line is Apple sucks. Save your money and buy something else.

Apple engages in predatory marketing and selling to children through their app store. The do not take responsibility for their developers in China who are able to sell through their platform without being responsible for being creators to young children

Got a real battle going with Best Buy and Apple. Wife bought me an Apple Watch last May, (6 months ago). I also purchased Apple Care for $50, which extended the 1 year warrantee to 2 years. I was under the understanding that this would insure against any damage.
Yesterday I found that the stem on the watch would not move in an out and it was very difficult to rotate.
I took the watch to the Apple store and was told that since the watch was purchased at Best Buy, I had to return it there.
The Best Buy Geek Squad inspected the watch and told me that they would return the watch and I would get a refurbished watch in it's place. This would cost $74.88. This was because the computer diagnostic said the watch was damaged instead of a simple malfunction. I asked why with 2 forms of insurance I was still having to pay for repairs or replacement.
After visiting 2 stores and much finger pointing, from Best Buy and Apple, I'm resolved to being screwed out of $125.
I'm worried now because we have $4000 worth of Apple computers and heaven forbid any of them should need warrantee work.

Apple is POOR

If I could I would leave them no stars. Apple is the sorriest piece of nothing company that I DO NOT recommend. They steal, they lie, and they refuse service, AND make up laws that do not exist. The representatives of tech suppport and all other support areas are bogas and they dont know what they are doing they pick the most simple minded people to work for them. They say one thing and act on another. Highly HIGHLY unrecommended!

I have owned many apple products everything about them were cheap and not compatible just a horrible brand I would never purchase again I don't even understand why anyone would even buy that cheap crap it's a waste of money!

It is AMAZING that Apple systematically get good reviews for service and reliability. It is my 4th Macbook, and I always thought I was unlucky. Now I'm done. Apple service is a farce, and the word for it is 'crooks'. Stay away from the Apple mafia.

Change in Text Messages

I think it would be great if there was some type of admin in a group chat in text messages. The admin could have the power to kick people and make others admin. It would benefit everybody in a group chat and the person who first gets the admin powers would be the founder of the chat.

NEVER AGAIN APPLE

I've had a full range of Apple products since 2006. I like the design of the products but have come to hate the company, the greed of the company, the poor product quality, and generally the arrogant/smug customer service I get.

I've had significant problems with 60% of my products; it's usually arduous and challenging to get help with the issues. Sometimes I don't get help at all.

The problems with the faulty products are too long to mention.

I just think overall Apple is so hungry to make money that they've lost product integrity. When there is a widespread problem, Apple just covers it up and lies to the customer until there's enough of us that complain.

Over the last two years, I've said never again and I mean it now. I'm done with apple.

I really hate this company.

I have iPhone and dropped my phone cracked the screen totally on me... in the process the phone started acting weird n perhaps jumping from different apps n sadly it locked the phone so I replaced the screen and got home to hook to my computer to unlock it and somehow I forgot my password to my iCloud which you need to sign back in called apple talked with someone who was very helpful but the phone recovery locked it for 22 hours I waited until the. Called back spoke with another rep he sent the same email to me for recovery but instead of step by step instructions to reset it asked for my number which I enter they sent a code which I entered then they asked for a card they have on file which I remember having the card just don't remember the numbers cause I no longer have the card and haven't for years so I was unable to change my password because I didn't remember my old card number so Hoorayyyyyyyyy Apple locked my phone again for 13 days which is Insane. Why take someone through so much just to change a freaking password I don't have 13 days to wait to use my phone I just wanted a properly link to reset password and use my phone again... Yes people forget things often why make us go through more cause we don't remember a freaking password I never had this problem with Samsung... no one stealing the phone if that was the case I'll report it stolen how you put that much security on someone account that they can't even retrieve they own password Worst ever

Apple permanently disabled an Apple ID because unrecognized iTunes charges were questioned via the credit card company where the charges were charged. Apple will not reactivate the Apple ID account and nor will it transfer the subscriptions for active apps to the new level Apple IS. There are hundreds of dollars of apps that have been paid for that need to be repurchased because they will not transfer subscriptions.

The worth phones ever

They destroy the old model of i phone make it slower and bad and the all product is so expansive with low qualities they lie and pay a old cell phones with good software as a good product they only market to this phones i hate apple my i phone 6 is broken why because it got high volt where is the good qualities and i change battery two times what else the worth products ever i am going to change to Samsung

I tried to update my Apple Watch 4 to no avail. Apple support tried to assist, I went to geek squad at Best Buy for 2 hours plus and they couldn't help me and now back home and still can't get the watch to work, let alone update. Now I'm told I must take it into an Apple location in Manhattan to SEE if they can help... who has the time for this? This is one of my worst experiences, anywhere, ever!
