Worst apple product made to date. I am a EE and I would have been fired many years ago for allowing such a poor design to enter the broader markets. Apple is on my top 10 garbage list. Dont waste your $$$. Apple sucks!

I made a purchase of two very expensive Hermès Apple Watch 40mm and 44mm all on the same order on December 16th. Sure enough, 2 days later my order arrived BUT with only one Hermès Apple Watch. It's been 10 days since I ordered them and here I am, after Christmas, still waiting. It's not ok for Apple to say "there's nothing we can do" when in fact there is. I get it if you're a small company, but you're not! Apple should have worked with UPS insurance directly and sent the unhappy customer (ME) a new shipment without the blink of an eye. Why must I wait for something to be investigated (without an update since the 21st might I add. It's the 26th now) when I'm the customer, that's not customer service and Apple should know better than to allow this to happen knowing Id end up coming here to write a nasty review on them. I called tonight to try cancelling the order so they can figure it out without me involved and I can just order another and have it be here in 2 days time, but no, can't do that. Apple I was a loyal customer for 25 years and now I've been rubbed the wrong way. Fix your issues, you have too much money to worry about things like this to not do right by the customer. Figure it out with UPS if they are late, we all know they lost it and are just delaying the inevitable at this point so they don't owe $1,400. Unbelievable.

After spending hours on the internet and on the phone with apple support, it looks like I have to send i phone 11 to apple technicians. This is totally unacceptable during the holiday season, they made a total mess of i phone 11.

I've been trying to work with Apple support after my credit card notified me of 7 identical charges done only seconds appart. I submitted for a refund and was denied. I called "Apple support" and they could not give me a reason why it was denied. The supervisor actually told me, I quote: "you can bang your head against this brick wall as much as you want and we're not going to give you an answer or your money back. All sales are final."
With over $600 in charges, Apple won't even answer why I was charged or why my refund request was denied. To top it all off, after the supervisor told me I'm wasting my time, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Last time I checked that's not what support is supposed to do!

I understand COVID-19 restrictions on number of customers and necessity for queues. We were at Apple George St Sydney store. At the queue we were told we had to make an appointment and we informed the Apple staff we want to do two things - to purchase an IPhone and get a new battery for a MacBook. We were advised we can do both things. About 40 minutes later of queue, we made our purchase in less than 10 mins and asked to purchase a new batter. We were told we had to make a new appointment and re-join the queue. The 'floor leader' was adamant that we cannot purchase a new battery we had to (a) make a new appointment with a technician, and (b) we had to re-join the queue for another approximately 30-40 minutes. Needless to say we walked out. This is ridiculous of Apple and a lack of customer problem-solving of the 'floor leader'.

I am very disappointed with their policy on my redemption of their Apple TV 1-Year Free offer. I received the offer via email on 05/21/20 after buying an Apple ipod product. Tried to activate it today 12/11/20 but link failed. Spent 52 minutes on the phone and was transferred to 3 different support teams. Resolution from Apple support: "Sorry, you should have activated this offer within 3 months of receipt, offer is now void". Nowhere in the offer does it state that offer must be redeemed within 3 months. At least Apple could have honored the remaining months of the 1 year period (till 05/20/2020). Also, could they just state this policy upfront instead of wasting 52 minutes of my time? Shame on Apple!

My iPhone 8 was not powering on during the April 2020. Its warranty was expiring on July 2020. I waited to stores openings to claim the warranty. But the stores was not opened until September. When I tried to claim my warranty after store openings they did not honored the warranty since the limited warranty expired. Basically Apple behaving cheap to lower their warranty covering expenses using Covid 19 Store Closure.

Apple iphone

I bought an apple iphone online for my husband he got locked out and can't use the phone. He contacted apple and they said they needed the receipt of the original purchaser but the place we bought it from didn't have it since they buy phones that have been traded in from att and verizon. This person sent the receipt showing we purchased the phone from him. Apple said that wasn't enough, and won't unlock the phone. I think this is ridiculous. I will never purchase another iphone and I think no one should purchase one this is probably a way to get people to purchase a new expensive phone.

The 12 pro max is buggy as hell then my 4k Apple Tv gets bricked on the last update and this in the second one to do it. The first one was a gen 2 apple tv. Stay away this xmas from their crap. Worst tech/customer service. Even their so called apple genius called the apple tv junk. Offered $30 bucks off a new one yeah no thanks, not when don't last more than a 1 year warranty.

I was on the phone for over two hours trying to resolve a billing issue for $95.90. I was transferred more than 8 times among teams and each team insisted that another team would have to look into it. Teams included: apple repairs, iTunes store, subscription billing, and product/store billing. I have never been so poorly treated by a "customer service" team in my life. I received no service in resolving the issue. Since apple could not solve my issue, I had to CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD to remove the charge. How ridiculous! I had to get a whole new card and number because of Apple's incompetence. This is embarrassing–Apple team needs to do a better job as I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I hope I can give 0 rating. I used to be a huge apple fan since the first iPhone, my first MacBook Air was used for 10 years with 0 issues. But apple has changed.

I bought a MacBook Pro 13" 2017 in 3 years the computer shut down and stop working, $2500 computer for 3 years. No warranty now. I sent my MacBook to Apple to repair, first day they said it was a battery issue and it will cost me $300, and the next day they said they need to replace my logic board and that brings the cost to $1000 - with $1000 you can buy a decent windows PC.
Then I went down a rabbit hole of logic board fixing - just like H&M and Zara, they would rather create more landfills and pollute the environment than building long lasting products. I am so disgusted by the consumerism and capitalism. Apple is the highest valued company in the world and they has more than 35% profit margin because of your support. I don't know how anyone works at Apple can sleep at night.
They intentionally designed the hardware in an integrated way to make it harder to repair. Don't be a fool and fall for their traps.

I'm definitely no longer buying or recommending Apple products.

I wish I could give them zero stars.
Terrible customer service with a greedy and self-interested business plan.
I have an older iPhone and feel constantly manipulated by this company into buying a new phone or another Apple product. It is incredibly difficult to get my photos or videos off of my phone without another Apple device. The battery also drains within hours. Honestly, why would I invest in a new iPhone or any other Apple product when my current one is such a disappointment?
Furthermore, I am unable to install updates on my iPhone as it kept telling me that I dont have cellular data. However, I need cellular data to install the update. In the meantime, my iPhone is unable to make calls or receive messages... though I still pay my cell provider the bill for my phone. I can't call for help and their online troubleshooting is virtually useless.
With Apple, I feel like I have very little control over what my device is doing. I feel like a pawn in some giant faceless machine designed to drain me of my money and time.
I'm done with Apple.

I ordered my phone more than a month ago (oct 24)and the phone was at my nearest post office but they never deliver. They return the phone and now they are saying that we don't know what happened. I called them many times also I chat with them 4 times and they never solved my problem. Manager supposed to call but I never received the call.
I am working with my phone and since my previous one is broken I need to purchase extra temporary phone. I am Apple customer for 9 years and they did not take care of my problem. This is unacceptable

Sorry Apple you can't continue blaming Covid for subpar products and crappy customer service We have been a loyal Apple family with currently thousands of Apple products. Latest iPhone 2 months old battery and main mother board failed. Apples response? Can't see us in person despite all other business open with precautions in place Just mail it back and we will see about fixing multiple major issues and send back the same crap when we get around to it but hey don't worry should get good now. Walmart has a better return policy than this and please having a senior supervisor reading from a script repeating "I understand" 500 times even asking to please stop repeating yourself so he could say 501 times I understand is disgusting. I use to overpay and said it was because of the great product and best of all the great customer service. Not anymore. What happened Apple? Too cocky now? Don't care about your products or customers anymore?
I'm over it I'll be taking our 6 iPhones over to android and admitting my old argument of why I stayed so longer just doesn't hold weight anymore.

I have recently had two dealings with Apple I got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro within the year of owning it it completely died being within the manufacturers warranty I contact apple to have them replace it. I went to multiple stores every store the same thing tried to make up any excuse they could to not replace my device it's a good thing that I had AT&T as my carrier they did the right thing for me and replaced my device they also I had a run-in with I have a once again regarding Apple Cash and or Apple pay I was in a tight spot I had a friend send me some money should've been available immediately however Apple decided they wanted to review even though they had already received the funds from the Senders bank. I called to try and have my money given to me and they wanted to hold it hostage for two days called and spoke to managers no one wanted to do anything or cared about the terrible position that I was in at the time heartless shush bags they wanted to give me a line they were protecting me by leaving me in a tight spot that I was in because I was unable to obtain those funds to my friend went out of their way to send me could've got lost my job and an area is in could've been killed frying hoe I will never buy an Apple product again every dealing I've had with them recently tells me they're heartless $#*! bags

I ordered 2 iPhones 12 pro max on November 6. A couple of days ago Apple authorized the withdraw of an amount corresponding to one of the 2 phones only, then, they tried mistakenly to authorize an amount much higher than the remaining due amount (declined due to insufficient funds.) I called them many times (apple customer care do not work on weekends in some countries!) The first time I reached them, hey opened a case and promised will be taken care in one business day. The second time I called, the operator said that the accounting team replied that the system will mistakenly continue the attempt of withdrawing the wrong amount; while holding the amount of one device, the system will try to charge the full 2 devices amount throughout a week, after that the order will be cancelled! They can do nothing about it, and I have to wait 7 days to get a reply from a customer care supervisor. I felt that the operator was very happy to cancel the order when I proposed so; the condition for me to cancel my order was to receive an email with the transcript of our full discussion to reserve my rights.
Apple were trying to show that these mistakes are easy and normal ones, there are similar cases, they are not prompt to solve similar cases quickly, and they are ready to get rid of a problem by getting rid of the customer.
