Absolute $#*! show. I can't access my IPhone because my apple id is blocked. First for 7 now for 13 DAYS. LIKE WHAT? AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS? AND WANT ME TO WAIT 13 DAYS WITHOUT A PHONE? EXCUSE ME? Excuse my language but f* this. Oh, also went to the store but because it was the launch of the IPhone 12 they couln't help me with my problem. Mabye first take care of your existing customers to retain them before launching the ******* version of the f' iPhone. Jesus.
In terms of characters, the iPhone SE (2020) is so different from other phones in its price range, and its sleek, compact, easy to use, decent daylight camera efficiency and the only bad thing about this phone is the mediocre battery life and a bit costly.
My Ipad and Iphone was frozen and i tried to fix it many ways (Including turning it off). I also hated the payments and my apple id; PAYING FOR THE APPS ALMOST GOT MY CREDIT CARD EMPTY (OF MONEY)! Then i realised apple was bullying my entertainment by not letting me download apps, forgetting accounts and worst of all, MY PHONE (and ipad technically) WAS GLIITCHY FROZEN AND BROKE BY ITS SELF HOW DARE YOU BRING ME SUCH A BAD DEVICE I'D BUY SAMSUNG GALAXY (one of the generation i like the best) THEY WOULD GIVE A GOOD NO GREAT! EXAMPLE. AND EVEN IF ITS AN ANDROID INSTALLING APPS FROM GOOGLE PLAY IS DEFINATLY FREE! OH DID I FORGET TO MENTION THAT ITS CUSTOMOR SUPPORT ISNT HELPING ME I THINK YOUR WET PHONES HAVE A MENTAL PROBLEM OR ITS MY IMAGINATION THAT PHONE HAS A BRAIN WHICH ITS IS TOO AFRAID TOO TALK! Bought an Apple 10r. No ear buds. Charge cord useless. Have to buy ear buds and charge block because it comes with a cord that not only doesn't have an iphone adapter but also no USB adapter. This will my LAST Apple product.
All be it, Apple products (my ipad) are great. As long as you don't need service. Buying the product is easy. They take your money no matter where your location. But, heaven forbid, you may need personal assistance. You need to schedule an appointment (1 week at least) and travel to the nearest location. Wonder where their priority is. Money, money, money in their wallet.
I really do not get the constant growth of this brands price tags and the logic behind it. I think that the products are totally not this unique and that soon another company with overcome them.

I'm a Mac guy since the Quadra & tried iPhone years ago but found it vastly inferior to Android.
So recently I had to replace my android and tried an entry level iPhone 6, but it kept crashing.
So I upgraded to the iPhone SE in the hopes a 2020 model model with an A13 chip would work. (Surely every iPhone enthusiast had a reason for their hysteria?)
The SE is SO SMALL only an infant could use the screen! IOS is still like dragging a stick in tar. The learning curve is insane so I downloaded the •1200 page• instruction manual. Almost NOTHING is intuitive. Everything is arbitrary.
I then tried to upgrade to a $1200 iPhone 12 so I could at least see the screen. Couldn't. Waiting list.
I paid the $45 restocking fee, and bought a $150 Samsung while I waited... But wait! The temporary Android was infinitely more functional, had 3 cameras and a huge screen.
It also screen cast w/o Apple's $50 adapter. Storage was user upgradable. A few experts need powerful field computers in their phones but for EVERYONE else only running social media aps, WHY WHY WHY do people pay so much for fascist Apple iOS?
MUST BE A SOCIAL THING for millennials and egos.
I bought an iPhone 11 from AT&T a couple months ago and it worked fine for 2 months. 2 months later the Bluetooth started acting up, it would disconnect and reconnect on it own with any device I tried using.
After spending around 15 hours in total (not exaggerating) on the phone with many different representatives and supervisors, Apple agreed to replace the phone. The problem is I'm overseas (and not in the US) so after searching I found someone that kindly agreed to bring my phone to the US (New York), and someone else (in Detroit Michigan) to bring my replacement phone back to me. The new problem was that I had to return the defected phone in the same box the new phone was delivered in and within 10 days of getting the replacement, so now I found a 3rd person to bring the box from Michigan to New York.
After that huge headache I finally got my new phone (BTW I paid a 30$ fee to apple for this service), I opened the phone very excitingly just to find out that the sim is locked to a carrier (no idea which one) and any sim I put in it says "sim not valid". So I spent another close to 10 hours on the phone with apple and got a response that I need to send my phone to repair in the US ( and find people who can take it to the US again). After a long argument we agreed that I can send it to repair in the country I'm currently in. So I call them up, go through the whole same process of trying to fix the problem again (another hour and a half on the phone) and as a response they send me the phone number of 2 repair labs that are apple certified. One of the 2 numbers was disconnected so that's a dead end, the other I spent an hour listening to their ring song before I gave up.
So basically now I own a 700$ iPod, great investment.
Don't ever want to deal with apple again!
P.S. I've been a huge android lover my whole life, this was my first iPhone I ever owned.

I have been a Apple customer for over 15 years. The Apple products I currently own are: an iPad Pro 12.9 2nd generation, an Apple Pencil, an iPhone XS, Aipords first generation, Beats Studio 3. I used to own a Macbook Pro 15" 2018 full specification laptop. I have had nothin but incredible customer service with Apple.
The only issue I had was that I wanted to play AAA games on the go and I need a Windows gaming laptop for that. To solve this problem, I sold my Macbook Pro at a great price (Apple products keep their value more than the competition) and I bought an affordable Dell gaming laptop.
Being introduce to the horrible customer service from the PC World made me instantly regret my decision (especially since Dell is rated as having one of the worse customer service experience ever).
I plan on selling my gaming laptop and coming back to Apple.
Apple might not have the best products for all of our needs, but one thing is for sure their customer service and their resell value beat the competitions, hands down.
This is my 10th headphones I buy from apple. I understand that they don't last forever. The fact of the matter I bought another pair of POWERBEATS PRO WIRELESS, at the time Apple was not offering apple care so I could't purchase, well exactly 1year 1 month later my headphones stop working. Spoke to a supervisor and all he can say was "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do" PIECE OF $#*! APPLE HAS NO LOYALTY TO THIER CUSTOMER. I explain to him we are 5 members in my family and we all use apple products. They dont care, they only care of making more money and screw over consumers>>>>>
I have always loved apple products after I switched from android. They are all made of perfection and engineered to work to their best capabilities. At anyone time have I ever been disappointed.
Apple was good until for some reason they decided to take away the headphone jack. I am like what now. I have to deal with bluetooth audio delay all the time I use headphones on my phone. Its annoying.
Apple is the only phone manufacturer that I trust to give me the best phones and respect my privacy at the same time. My iphone has served me well ever since I got it and I plan on getting the newer version of iphone
I love my phone. I can always be sure that everything that I order from apple is high quality. My phone works well and all the extra devices Iot for it which are still made by apple are working great and I love it.
I bought the product on 5 th august its started with the defect software defects after a few days after one moth the screen broke i dont know how but it did. So i assumed that it was my fault so i paid also 55 thousand on top of it to replace it after it came after repairing sensors stoped working. I took it to the same service center again and they told me thell repair it till next day the next day they told me tht the speakers were defective theyll have to replace them and itll take one week for that so after one week they are telling me the whole logic board was replaced and the problem is still not solved. I called the apple support and told them my problem they told me that yes they agree with me and they agreed that the product that they give me was defective and the product was new and THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE A NEW DEFECTIVE PIECE and the laptop is still with the service center one week they kept it with them to replace a the screen and now again its with them from 1 and a half week they started replacing one part after another now they have started replacing parts they have already replaced.
APPLE SERVICE AND THEIR SERVICE HAVE LITERALLY GONE TO $#*!. I am saying this after i bought there flagship product if they dont repair it till the end of this weekend the only option left is to move to consumer court.
I have Apple care + and I had scheduled an appointment to repair an AirPod that wouldn't connect but the day of the appointment I had lost the AirPod. The day the replacement was delivered I found the AirPod and instead on just trouble shooting it right there they wanted me to wait another two weeks. But I had waited 2 weeks just for this appointment. I paid $96 for one AirPod Apple is a ripoff. When I called customer service they said that I could go in and just swap it out but when I got in store I was told something completely different.
