During this crisis many companies have been able to ascend above it all and help those in need; But one company will never try to help anybody, even during this crisis. They will only cause more strife and issues for everyone during this disaster. It doesn't matter who you are, they hate everyone the same (but that's still a form of prejudice). That company is Apple! Apple has closed all of their stores down, in addition to their customer service is less than pathetic, and that's being generous. After talking to multiple "customer service representatives", they send an email for me to reply to, for an answer (that I might never receive), just for me to give the same information I already did multiple times. How is that in anyway Customer Service? Everything that they're doing is making me hate that disrespectful company, that I previously gave thousands of my dollars for their products in the past. I never want to buy another Apple product of any kind. I guess it makes sense their entire system is anything but customer friendly and now... so are they. With all the hoops they make us jump through because they are incapable of lifting a finger to help anyone in need (besides stock holders and millionaire's). I have to say this much and I hope everybody else agrees, Apple does not deserve any of our business ever again. What we have to do is get rid of it, go to Android, go to Google, or anything else besides Apple, because they are the issue. They are trying to make this pandemic last so that don't have to do squat and still get our hard earned money (for some it seems to be less and less every day). Anyone... Everyone... Just think about what companies have been there during this tribulation, if you have a brain and believe the same as me, close down every single Apple account you have, disconnect every phone and buy something besides these Satanic, Destructive and Cataclysmic Apple products. Let's get rid of the one pandemic we can. They only try to make what we are all going through, worse for everyone. We need to stop it before it spreads. Apple must die.

Good customer support

Adding to my previous review. I found a technician that helped improved the frozen mode of Apple, matter of fact I only wait about3 minutes now. So I had to report the good they have done.

Since I shift from Microsoft to Apple, some 7 years ago, I have nothing but praise about the company, the tech support and customer support. To be honest, I don't know how I survived when I was using Microsoft.

Scammed by Apple.

Scammed by Apple.
Purchased an app and it does not work, contacted customer service to ask for a refund ant the refund was refused without any reason and when I asked what was the reason I did not get an answer just been stayed that there is no more information that they can provide about the case as iTunes closed the case, so my conclusion is that if someone has a bad day you don't get your refund.
Also the information on the apps page was misleading and incomplete only after you purchase the app you will see that the app needs a subscription to use more features like the pApple pencil and all this was not mentioned on the app's page but in my case the app is not working as it should work without the subscription so is unusable the mouse is laghing and the windows are laghing the screen is fogghy and unusable the name of the app is DUET DISPLAY
So I can say that I have been Scammed by Apple so don't buy apps from Apple store unless you know you will use that app forever as you will not get your money back if the app is not working you get Scammed by APPLE I have emails and screenshots to prove that my review is genuine

Apple AirPods are crap

I brought a pair of AirPods from Apple this time last year I had to get a new pair sent to me because I could no longer hear sound out of them, they lasted until 1 month ago where I couldn't hear the sound out of them again so this is the second pair of AirPods I've had in less than a year! I then talk to them for the last 3 weeks speaking to about 8 different people all promising me they will give me a paid upgrade and will email me or call me the following day... they never called me so I called again today to find out that my upgrade hasn't been approved and they never told me when they found this out... I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get sent a new product because of their 2 fault products and they never even told me they won't send me it

I sent this in trying to get some help, only to be lied to. They can't help you with any online orders,
I place an online order on Sep 24,2020,
I live in Baton Rouge the nearest Apple store is The Mall of Louisiana, my online order was sent to the wrong the wrong store( Apple Lakeside Shopping Center, 3301 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA *******, *******400 an hour and 30 minutes AWAY REALLY PEOPLE! I'M TRYING TO STAY WITH APPLE BUT I DON'T KNOW? I ASKED IF my order could be shipped to my store here in Baton Rouge, LA the Mall of Louisiana I was told NO, for the past several month I've been catching HELL from APPLE, Why can't My online order be Shipped, NOW!
I have to wait 3 to 5 business day for my refund, I called and tried to see if my online order could be shipped to the Baton Rouge, LA Mall of Louisiana area, they told me NO!, I don't want it shipped because I tried the shipping, July 16,2020. Every thing came damage, and it toke me over a month to get my refund back the last order. So I want to do pick-up only! I need some one to help me I love APPLE, but I've been having to many disappointments, I guess it's time to move on.

One day I woke up to an email notification that my Apple ID password had been changed, several purchases had been made, and several apps had been downloaded including one called "password manager". I changed my password and turned on two factor authorization and then called Apple customer service. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was finally connected to someone who verified my identity and then advised me to reset my password. I replied that I had already and asked for information on how my account had been hacked and what the "password manager" app could be used for. The reply was basically, "sorry but I can't help you, figure it out yourself." Apple reps are trained to politely say $#*! you without actually helping you at all. When I asked why no one could answer my questions, the response was that it's against their privacy policy, to give me any information about my own compromised account. And they really could have helped me figure out what that app was capable of if they cared at all or were a little less lazy. Then I asked for a refund on the purchases that were made and they replied that they could put in a request for the refunds, but the refunds could only be issued if the apps hadn't been used yet.
Flash forward 3 months and I try to download something from the App Store and I am prompted to put in my password. I do so and I get an error message saying that my account is locked. I clicked the button to reset my password and it said I would be contacted within 24 hrs. 24 hrs later I receive an email saying that I will receive a call to reset my password in 3 days. This whole time I can't use anything requiring my Apple ID on my phone. I finally get a link to reset my password, I do so and then try to login with my new password but I get the same error message that my account is locked. I call Apple customer service and get transferred a few times because no one can resolve my issue. After an hour I am transferred to a "senior advisor" who reviews my account and tells me that it was compromised so Apple locked my Apple ID for my security. I asked how these 2 events couple be rated because the lock didn't occur until 3 months after my account had been hacked. Her exact response was " sometimes it takes a while to kick in". So Apple, in an abundance of precaution, locked my account for me THREE MONTHS AFTER my account was hacked. How sweet of them. The senior advisor then told me that she would put in a request for my Apple ID to be restored and she would call me back in 72 hrs. So it has been an entire 7 days that I have been locked out of my account and unable to use any of the Apple services (that I'm still paying for) on my iPhone. Pretty sure my next phone will be a Samsung

I've used Apple MacBooks for 19 years without problems. Since the rollout of Catalina, however, it's been nothing BUT problems. I paid for AppleCare, and that was another waste of money.

Horrible

Switched phone numbers, told I would be able to access my Apple ID in 24 hours and that was a complete lie, now waiting 2 days minimum. Apple has lost my business. Will be switching back to Android.

I bought two IPADs in Nov 2019 and the charging cable for both the devices stopped charging right after 7 months. Cable were intact and there were no cracks or broken edges (looks as new). In order for the cable to work you need to try (plug in and plug out) 20 to 30 times and if you are lucky it may get connected (charging starts). I called Apple support and support wanted to collect $20 to replace each cable as a deposit until I return the cables.

I found on their support site and there are many cases reported with their cables (not charging) with in 1 year. It is clear that there is a serious quality issue with their products manufacturing. Instead of addressing the cable manufacturing issue Apple simply pass the charges to the customer.

Same is the case with their Apple Care plus, it is BS. Sales person said there is full replacement protection for accidental damage and they collected $138 for two ipads. When there was need for one of the IPADs screen issue, Apple support person asked for $49 additional service fee. If I din't had the apple care plus protection i would pay $200 and if I had apple care plus (paid $138 in advance) during purchase, I would pay $49 + tax(total around $191).

Apple product quality is pathetic and their support is useless. Everything is just a hype.

APPLE IPHONE XR SERVICE!
My iphone has stopped working in the warranty period. The seller Digi-E has gone out of business. OnBuy do not answer emails and do not have a telephone number.
It turns out my Apple iphone is an American model, so cannot be repaired by Apple in the UK. Apple USA can't repair it because the iphone is in the UK. That's ok until your iphone just dies overnight (a known problem with the Iphone XR), then you're well and truly screwed.
Apple USA sold this phone to AT&T, who then sold it on to Digi-E, who I bought my Iphone from. So, basically I have no phone and I'm £589 worse off 10 months later.
11 days have gone by and I'm told to wait for Digi-E to contact me because ‘they must be busy with lockdown orders!' Their emails bounce and their website is down, so I can't even get hold of them.
APPLE – THE BLAME IS AT YOUR DOOR, IT'S YOUR PRODUCT, YOU SOLD IT ON WITHOUT CHECKING WHERE IT WAS GOING - SO WHY CAN'T YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT – MORE TO THE POINT, WHY DO YOUR IPHONE'S NOT LAST VERY LONG!

Why in the world would saving files to iCloud put folders on both my iMac and laptop? Why when I delete the extra folders off my laptop would it delete the original folders from my iMac AND the cloud. Why would the folders with my work for years ever be deleted from iCloud if I did not manually delete them from iCloud? Why does this feature exist if the files aren't actually saved in the cloud? Why would customer service ever say there is absolutely nothing we can do to get those files back? Terrible product/feature. Terrible service and I've used apple for 20+ years.

Sent me a broken Ipad

I ordered an ipad about 2 weeks ago and it took a week and a half to ship and once i got it it was broken. I opened the ipad and started to set it up but once i got to the home page the screen would no longer let me use it and became unresponsive. They're sending me a new one but it's still stupid to pay so much and have such little protection in the shipping process.

No More Apple for me!

I have used exclusively Apple products for 20 yrs. Had 3 iMacs, 3 apple lap tops, 2 apple iPads. Wifw 2 Laptops, 1 iPad. These are the last for me. Apple pulled the license for all independent repair people. Currentlt running OS Catalina. Since last 2 or 3 operating systems updgares Many of my apps no longer are compatible. My brother printer will no longer scan and print. Have been told there is no upgrade to make my printer work, that I must buy a new printer... I don't think so! Computer is unbelievable slow since these upgrades! Apple even removed all reviews from their Apple Store web page! Guess they know people are fed up with them! Why can't apple leave well enough alone? Bye, Bye Apple!...

I been calling everyday for this matter n management they tell u will call u back n 4 to 6 days me I never would expect a big company like this to tell me I have to wait for a manager to call me back I went in store n they were sold out of computers I wanted. Apple has failed me I do not believe I will do business with them in future they need to fix the problems immediately not tell me how have to wait 4 to 6 days for manager to call. This company is a joke
