A Place for Mom was a blessing. My representative, Aimen, was so patient and did not give up until we had a place for my father. She was professional and sweet. I would recommend A Place for Mom to anyone needing help locating a place for a loved one.

My dad was recently hospitalized, then moved to rehab. He still wasn't quite well enough to go home, so I contacted A Place for Mom, to learn about some local assisted living facilities. My dad also has a catheter, so the options were limited because he would require "enhanced" assisted living, which requires different licensure. I dealt with Laura Berg, and she called me immediately, gave me several options to look into, and sent info to each of the facilities she knew had an enhanced assisted living option. They all got back to me right away and we selected the one that we felt would suit my dad's needs best. Laura Berg was very compassionate and extremely helpful in helping us to find a good fit.

…contacted you guys, spoke with an agent who qualified my requirements and she connected me to Denise Grasso. All went swimmingly from that point forward.

When we heard my father's assisted living facility was closing, we immediately contacted a place for Mom and within minutes we had four options to consider. We chose the first one we saw. Each facility had its own pluses and minuses, but the one we chose for Dad hit all the pluses.

Contacts listened to the situation about my loved ones needs. Giving the initial list of places made it so easy. Gave good advice. Communicated when i needed but not intrusive. Helpful with arranging lunches for my love one to visit the places we needed to see together. The automatic emails with info to read about elderly situations very helpful.

Reached out for advice for an ailing mother-in-law. Our Senior Living Advisor, Donna B., was extremely thorough, helpful, friendly, caring, and took a real interest in the status of my mother-in-law. Based on this experience I would recommend A Place for Mom to all my friends and family.

From the first call to the last, Lynn from A Place for Mom was extremely helpful. She saved so much time by providing pertinent information needed upfront such as pricing, ratings, and other details I couldn't find online without personally contacting each facility.

Lynn offered encouragement and very good advice along the way and started our search in the right direction. She listened carefully to our needs and found facilities to fit those specifications, even as they changed along the way.

When ready to tour, she took our availability and set the tours up for us which also saved so much time! She would check in via phone, email or text and was easy to connect with when needed.

My mother has just settled in at her new home and we are grateful for the help in the beginning of our search.

My wife and I work full time and have two teenage kids. Unlike having a newborn, where there was plenty of support, trying to understand and navigate elder care was completely overwhelming and confusing. Alma from A Place for Mom was a massive help and made an otherwise unmanageable task manageable.

For anyone who is not sure how to proceed with finding care for their aging loved ones, a place for mom is the absolute best! The direction given with the many different programs is extremely helpful and very positive. Nancy Briel is wonderful and very knowledgeable.

A place for mom was a great help transitioning my dad into an assisted living facility. They helped me every step of the way answering all my questions and providing me the facility names that were within my budget. They checked in on my progress often. I would highly recommend their service.

I received invaluable information regarding my moms needed level of care form the friendly rep I spoke with. James was familiar with the geographic area I was interested in and knew the particulars of the different options. He was patient and sensitive to budget needs. He asked questions about my mothers particular needs and was able to make personalized suggestions. We did end up choosing one of his suggestions. I am grateful for his expertise and the time he spent speaking with me as well as helping set up appointments.

Nicholle was wonderful. She provided options that were in our price range, then did some additional digging to let us know who had specials going on or facilities that had extra amenities so that the search was easy for us.

A place for mom did all the legwork for us. We answered a few questions and they got us in contact with a local representative in our area. He helped us narrow down what would be best for my uncle. He set up the appointments. He checked back every few days to see how we were doing if he could assist in anyway if we had any questions While the whole process was stressful, a place for mom made it much easier

A Place For Mom contacts were pleasant and provided helpful direction which led me to Willow Grove, in Matthews, NC. The personnel at Willow Grove were equally very friendly, answered my questions, and helped me to see that Willow Grove was a good fit for me.
