II waited for my plantar fasciitis sleeves for almost 3 weeks after they had been shipped. I tracked it on Canada Post website, and, although the package appeared as received, I had gotten nothing. I called Homehealthcareshoppe and the CSR answered the phone immediately and took care of my complain. They sent another package (with delivery signature requested) in less than 1 hour and I got it in 3 days. I am very well impressed with the respect this company shows towards their customers. EXCELLENT!

I ordered an Aircast Knee Cryo/Cuff with IC Cooler (Motorized Kit). I paid for quick delivery and received it a few days later. But it came with the wrong cuff! I immediately phoned customer service and they were very understanding and immediately dealt with the mistake. The very next morning from across Canada came the right cuff. I have found the product excellent and it has really helped with my knee replacement surgery rehabilitation. Thanks for the excellent customer service! I will use your products again!
