I was able to talk with a representative, gain insight, and determine what steps I should take.

I reached out to a Place for Mom on a Sunday night via email and right away I received a call. I spoke with the representative for about an hour in regards to my family member who needed to be placed in a specific environment. By the time I got off the phone I had 3 places and appointments set for me for tours. Right away we found one of them to work really well for the specific needs of our family member. What a relief!

Initial contact with Stepanie at a Place For Mom, and all subsequent followups were extemely helpful. I had narrowed down possibilities to two for memory care, and Stephanie provided information on these facilities, as well as arranged initial and subsequent visits. She provided contacts for applications for VA pension and aide and attendance benefits. She would check on us frequently, and we moved my mom to the facility this week. Thus far, we are satisfied with the care there.

A Place for Mom was very helpful in helping me find my Mom a special place to stay. They were very helpful and supportive in my search. I recommend them highly.

My wife and I were put in a position where we had to find assisted living for her mom in a hurry. She was in the hospital due to a fall, and no rehab facilities would take her due to her condition. She asked questions about our care needs and recommended several assisted living options. My wife and I were able to take tours of the recommended places within a couple of days. We chose one of the recommended options for Sheryls mom. We were able to move her in less than a week and she is doing great! Thank you Christy for all of your help in finding the right care for Sheryls mom.

The Place for Mom agent, Kris took the time to listen to my Mother's needs and financial limitations. Kris put a list of potential facilities together and setup tours at all the locations. She was there every step of the way. Kris is very experienced and lead me through each step of the process.

I will put in touch with Kim, who covered the Las Vegas area. I live in Ohio and new nothing about assisted living in Nevada. Kim was very professional and gave me guidance and advice. She sent me 5 facilities to check out and one of those 5 worked out for my relative. I am so glad a contacted A Place for Mom. It a free and very worthwhile service!

Cheryl VanderWel was a great help to us in finding a care facility for my husband's brother. She was in regular contact with me and guided me through the whole process. We were very lucky to have found her.

Our advisor was very knowledgeable, easy to reach out to, and pointed us in the direction of several assisted living facilities that we didn't know about. I did find that all of the phone calls and emails from the different places we spoke about got a bit overwhelming.
