Very supportive. Flexible with them changing their minds several times.

I needed a place quickly for my brother. Kathy was so on top of it from the beginning. I got appointments quickly and great advice.

Out of desperation I went online and answered the questions within minutes I was connected to Paul and within 15minutes I had an appointment for that day for Certus Memory Care. Ashley from Certus called me and from that call until after getting my Mom moved in she was my go to person! She helped with everything from a company that help me move my mom's furniture in to being there helping me move my mom in. She's a true Angel. Thank you a place for Mom for connecting me with Ashley!

We have been working with Marie for the past two years to help mom get resettled into an assisted living community. She has been there to provide recommendations, feedback and counsel throughout the journey.

Still trying to find residence for my spouse- end of story will be described at a later time.

Kirsten was the best. Gave me multiple options in Assisted Living facilities for my dad close to my work and home. Helped me through every step with tons of patience and great advice. This is 1st time navigating through senior living. Also helped me with Aid and Attendance with the VA for my Dad. So thankful for her and her help!

They were recommended by one of the palliative nurses and I was a little reluctant at first how could a national organization help me find a good place to care for my wife who has dementia. Boy was I wrong! After the first phone call w/Bethany you could tell they were all about finding the right place. She compiled a list of places to check out even giving me a checklist of what to look for. But yet it was my decision to make. She was there for me even if it was just someone to vent to.

From the moment I contacted A Place for Mom, my contact Jonathan, explained the process clearly and provided me with agencies straight away. He also followed up until we found an agency to care for our mom.Im happy to say we are just as pleased with the company we chose.

When my husband and I started our search for a senior residence, we were overwhelmed by the need to make decisions without knowing even the terminology of senior care facilities. We fumbled around on our own for a bit and discovered pretty quickly that an inquiry usually led to a bombardment of phone calls, messages and mail. A Place for Mom was a great help to us. Our counselor, Moustapha, made everything easier. We told him what we needed, and he provided contacts and even made appointments for us if we wanted him to. We communicated through phone calls, text messages and emails and the response was always prompt and helpful. After visits to many facilities, we recently signed a contract and will move soon. We're grateful for the patient guidance.

Karen Reissman was very helpful and provided me with several good choices and scheduled several tours for me. Professional and experienced.

I am so thankful for the support and helpful guidance through this process. I was cheerfully invited to check out several nearby facilities and the various offerings of each. We found a nice 1 bedroom apartment facility with a warm and supportive staff that will help my parents adjust to normal living after a long hospital stay. I am very thankful for the advice and compassion of this service! Thank you does not say enough for the challenge of helping us through this chapter in their lives.

Very Accommodating, listened well to our needs and found places we did not know about. In fact, we went with a place that A Place for Mom found that was not even on our radar and have been very pleased with the placement.

My mom had a stroke and spent a short time in the hospital and then in rehab. Rather than send her back home with her 88 year old boyfriend, which might have been a dangerous situation, I needed to find an assisted living facility quickly to place her when she was discharged. Shortly after I reached out to A Place for Mom by phone I was contacted by a very compassionate and helpful representative named Christine. Within a few hours she had set up several appointments for tours at ALFs in the area I was interested in. Christine kept in touch via email and by phone to make sure everything was going as planned. I am eternally grateful to A Place for Mom and would highly recommend their service.

I was able to talk with a representative, gain insight, and determine what steps I should take.

I reached out to a Place for Mom on a Sunday night via email and right away I received a call. I spoke with the representative for about an hour in regards to my family member who needed to be placed in a specific environment. By the time I got off the phone I had 3 places and appointments set for me for tours. Right away we found one of them to work really well for the specific needs of our family member. What a relief!
